- Join me as I finish my Carpenter's Star quilt from The Cupboard. This is a quilt that was made a few years ago - not quite sure when! But finally finished for my daughter. The quilt measures 61" square.
And thankfully she loves it!!

♥️ Looks great, enjoy watching, x
I love the quilt and your machine quilting design choices. I machine quilt all of my own quilts on my domestic machine.
And, I have my sights set on purchasing a Bernina 20 so was interested in what you were able to accomplish. Congratulations.
Thank you, and thank you for your comment. I love my Bernina so much, have plans to use it more often!!
I was wondering how to quilt my next quilt 🤔 and you have convinced me - I’m going to do my usual meander all over 🤣🤣 Finished and frustration fee 🤷♀️ Glad you’ve got yours finished and that you are happy with it 👏👏🇬🇧
Thanks Glynis, enjoyed doing it in the end despite all my issues. What is your next quilt?
@@tenminutequilter like you I’ve got a few that need work 🤣 I’m watching Catbird Quilts. Kathy works with men’s shirts from thrift shops and I was inspired to start a blue and white chequerboard quilt using white shirts and a variety of blue shirts 🥰 sewing most of the squares together as leaders and enders when working on another quilt. I’m loving it and I’m already planning another 🤣🤣 Another is a scrappy ‘wonky’ stars quilt with a navy background 🥰 Quilting is my happy place 😃🇬🇧
@@glynisreynolds446 Sounds like you have quite a few on the go then, glad to know I'm not alone. It is a life saver I think - can't imagine not doing it!!
Fabulous quilt Emma - you’re a magician xx
Thanks Maureen, don't think so really xxxx
Quilt looks fabulous Emma. Bet it feels good to get it finished. I need to take that advice with a few I’ve got. Lol
Really pleased with how it turned out in the end, thanks for the advise xxxx
