These are some great wrist strengthening exercises! I also like to squeeze tennis ball in weak hand as well as pull up and static hangs both while gripping my gi tossed over the pull up bar.
This is great! I do most of my strength work these days on rings, which helps with grip strength, but its mostly static. I really like the dynamic work that you do with the sticks and staff. Much more functional! Thanks!
Finay some useful tips. Walking stick is what i love among these. Do you have a tips how to cut biceps? Like turn the biceps as round as possible with so little muscle. Mine keeps getting bigger.
Thanks, yep love pushing myself in strange interesting ways. As for biceps, sorry I don't - another interest I have is in powerlifting but I freely admit I don't know much about body-building/shaping. Should be plenty of good info out there on that though - you're definitely not the only one interested in crafting their best biceps. ;-)
Most of the exercises you can do even without prior training (save the planks maybe) - just make sure you take it slow and you can choke up on the stick for the leverage ones (hold farther away from the end) until you're stronger. Thanks for the question and good luck training!
@@tyeskf ty sir for quick respond i have really weak grip and joints wanna work on that and will start tomorrow ssince i had hard sparr today anyway keep it up with good work respect from Serbia

Thanks! Definitely also great suggestions - I do the last two as well, and will try the tennis balls.

Glad you like them! There are tons more, but these concentrate on using sticks at least. ;-)
