You can get up to 10 drops out of this vial. Plenty of use as well as PF. These tears hold up to 4 hours at a time so you don't need a full vial as other brands. They are fabulous

I use these and my optometrist recommended that I put in one drop in each eye 3 times a day. Is it ok to use more if I need to? Thank you

The instructions on lubricant drops generally say as needed I believe, and using more wouldn't be harmful (they're preservative-free) but if you end up using a lot more, definitely best to circle back to your doctor so they can see if you might be needing some additional form of tratment.
