Carrie Rad I’m loving this series so much. Thank you for taking the time to produce this content for us. I’m learning so much and feeling so inspired. Here’s a link to my current fave summer/ukulele video. I too am obsessing over the simple beauty of the ukulele and ukulele music! ruclips.net/video/m58kklatxok/видео.html

I am also grateful for books, forests and birds singing. How can you not become calm whilst reading a book in the forest, hearing some birds singing. I just believe that this planet and universe is amazing. I feel like technology in many ways are destroying are planet, but I also believe that it has helped us. Lastly I am extremely grateful for my family:) Love the vid x

I'm helping my mom downsize from the large house I grew up in, to a small l condo. I'm grateful for all my friends helping us move, our family friend who's allowing us to store our stuff in their garage, the moving company not charging us to hold our furniture in the truck overnight, & or realtor putting us up in a hotel for the night. This move has been stressful & emotional. But everything is working out & I am extremely thankful.
I still remember one night I was feeling really crappy, and i literally just sat on the floor and touched each of my fingers and toes, and individually thanked them, and then my feet and hands, and arms and legs, and so on and just. felt thankful to have all of my limbs, and that they all work properly. (not that anyone missing limbs or physical disabilities are any less deserving of gratitude or anything like that) Because for me, i live my everyday life without even thinking about it. and i felt soo good after, it was really nice. and i believe i sat and just appreciate and felt grateful for every breath that i took for a couple minutes. it feels really great to do so.
5 things I am grateful for: - Early mornings when I am the first one awake, I love embracing the morning silence (before my cat yells for his breakfast lol) - My dance class. Everyone in my class is there to have fun and we are all supportive of one another when we dance in front of each other. My dance teacher has given me so much more confidence and has made me believe in myself more. - The sound of rain falling on my roof, I love to lie in bed with my fairy lights on and just take it all in - Music. I cannot live without it. It’s crazy how songs can have a huge impact on your life and leave you with significant memories, both good and bad. - The first sip of coffee, that’s when I tell myself that today is gonna be a great day and be productive! ♥️
1. my old soul 2. my body 3. the ability and opportunities to explore 4. my support system I absolutely love this series. Just found you and love your positive mindset 1. My new job 2. My family 3. Doing the things I love 4. Finally getting my energy in making my life better
I am grateful for: 1. The people in my life that lift me up, keep me strong and make me the best me I can be. 2. My beautiful home. Often we don't appreciate the things that are right under our noses and we unintentionally take them for granted. Everyday I am grateful for the beautiful home I have created, the safety of a space that is my own, the memories my home holds and the memories it will one day hold. 3. All the hard moments I have made it through that have made me the person I am today. That have made me strong. That have shaped the values and beliefs I hold. Every night at dinner me and my family go around the table for '3 good 1 bad'. We say 3 good things from our day that happened or that we are grateful for. It serves as a reminder to live with thanks and gratitude and to enforce such an important sense of positive energy. Then 1 bad so you can express and release the negative that is holding us back. It is a tradition I love doing with my family and one I will raise my children doing as well.
I am grateful for: 1) Water; never realized how much water brightens my mood when I haven't drank it in a while. 2) Nature; being outside makes me so content and happy, helps me to connect to the world. 3) My Family; they are just always there for me, whenever 4) My Friends; can always count on them. I just recently discovered you through Arden Rose, and I'm so glad I did. You are a joy, and now one of my favourite RUclipsrs. Grateful for books that take me to far away places, plants in the home to give me a piece of jungle or garden (depending on the vibe), cuddle time with bae during simples moments like sleep and tv time, and grateful for summer days. So many larger things to be grateful for, but the small ones one a day to day are nice to appreciate too.
1. Being able to travel! This fall I will be studying abroad for my SECOND time and I am so grateful to have this opportunity. 2. Friends who brighten my life daily! Whether just by a conversation or getting to go on trips together, I'm so grateful to have people who inspire me all the time. 3. Music! Being a musician I am able to not only appreciate listening to new songs by others, but I get to be a part of creating music either solo or with others (which is even better)! 4. Having some free time this summer to take care of myself and learn to love myself. Self love is hard, but I think this summer will give me the opportunity to really work on it, especially with self care summer!
I am so obsessed with this series already 💕 I am grateful for the fact that I have the luxury of a bedroom all to myself, a cat to cuddle, I live somewhere that gets great thunderstorms, and vision- because sunsets 😍😍

They can be tough on me sometimes but in my heart, I know I need them. 2. I’m grateful for my cats, rabbits and chickens ❤️ I love them so much. We’ve been together for almost 5 years now and I love and enjoy every second of it. Of course there always gonna be ups and downs, but that’s just how life works ✨ 4. Grateful for getting into the school I primarily wanted to! My dogs that make me smile and I’m proud to be there mommy every day. My bf of 5 years who has endlessly supported me even when I was too blind too see. And nature and how peaceful and beautiful it is and helps you clear your mind.
I’m grateful for this video! I wanted to add a tip that goes along with being grateful in case anyone finds it useful! Every morning (6-7 mornings if I’m being honest) I write a gratitude list in a specific journal I have for gratitude. I feel the entire page and it can be things as simple as “I’m grateful for my cup of coffee” or if it’s raining “I’m grateful for the rain that nurtures all of the plants that I love” etc. personally I found that was the best way to put myself in a gratitude mindset. Even occasionally when I’m stressed I’ll just start saying out loud “thank you for the sky”, “thank you for my job” “thank you for my health” and anyone who saw me would probably think I’m nuts but it really works for me!! Btw I love this series you’re doing, self care is so important and I love how much it’s being talked about recently. It’s very exciting being on a journey of caring for and loving yourself as well as watching others do the same. 😊
Your whole aesthetic about you makes me so calm and relaxed, you are honestly such a gift you have changed my life in such a positive way, I think so much more positive and find the positives in every situation now and find myself doing so many more things! Thankyou! 💗💗

I am very proud of myself for creating this tiny garden out of nothing. I love that I can actually harvest my own vegetable and just relax and look at the flowers. The action of taking care of my plants is very relaxing and fulfilling. Thank you for this video and actually making me write this haha. I'm new here and I'm loving it!

Back to our families ❤ 2) I am grateful for the time that I've had here and the friends that I have made 3) I am grateful of my little growing family. My fiance and daughter and one more on the way. I had a miscarriage in the beginning of the year, so having my family and a new baby in my belly makes me so happy and grateful for everything that is possible. 4) the opportunities that I have had. The ones I took and the ones I didn't. I believe that I have learned from everything and that it has made me the one I am today. This whole moving process have made me think of so many things. I love who crazy meditation can save our lives and change our mindset. I really I'm grateful to know that I'm not the only person who thinks that meditation is that powerful. Because I get creticised a lot for that.
I think what you said about gratefulness can be really helpful when applied to body positivity. Often when I am feeling down about my body, I stop and think about all things it does for me that I am so thankful for, and it helps me to be less judgmental and critical of my body
I'm grateful for: 1) My health, and the fact that I'm alive 2) Supportive and loving friends 3) The opportunity to have gone to college, receive an education and graduate 4) The beauty of nature 5) Starting to work on/better myself, and simply learning to love myself
I 100% agree with the gratitude point. I think I've always kind of practiced gratitude but I only realised it recently so I've been trying to focus on it more and it really does change you. Everything is about perspective so of course it's gonna change your life. Four things I'm grateful for would be the love I have in my life, having a roof over my head, being able to provide the basics for my family, and being healthy.
I’m grateful for my family, can’t imagine not having their love and influence in my life. Also grateful that I can read, rad all the books that I want, and with that my third being books! Everyday im grateful when i wake up in the morning, beacause i am healthy, i have my parents and my sister here in this life with me and also that i have my senses and my arms and my legs 🙏
Sleep is the easiest yet most overlooked habit we can all utilize into our routine and daily habits. One extra hour of sleep can aid with muscle recovery more than any massage, epsom bath, etc. We have to simply our lives and move back to fundamentals! Thank you for your tips!
I am grateful for 1) How busy I am, even when it makes me crazy 2) My family and how supportive they are, understanding not everyone has that 3) My courage to do some things lately that I was scared to do 4) My home

Things I'm Grateful for: 1. My supportive family who constantly push me to be better 2. Having access to food and clean water 3. Receiving an education 4. The beauty of mother nature (rain, sunshine, wind, sunsets, etc)
I am grateful for the effort I am putting into this healthy and positive new lifestyle. The new memories I’m going to make this senior year. And finally my little sister and Taco Bell :)
I’m grateful for 1. A job that understands my mental health 2. My boyfriend who will never leave my side when I have a panic attack 3. My dogs 4. Fresh coffee 😇 Also I know I’m late but I just discovered you and absolutely love this series! I’m binging and subbing!!
Practicing gratitude brings us positivity and emotional strength, it also teaches us compassion, empathy, and increases our human connection. "No man is an island..." Liked your points, and thanks for the shout out to retail, Saturdays and Sundays are hens teeth as the saying goes. But on a positive note 😉 a weekday off can be a quieter day off.
1. friends & family who love me for who I am 2. my health 3. awesome colleagues who make me laugh in the most stressful situations 4. nature and the hikes I went on this year - want to do more though!

Four things I am grateful for: 1) Having supportive family while I choose a life of instability for my craft rather than playing it safe. 2) For the completely real, true humans that have become my family away from home. They have taught me so much about what it means to care for somebody and the empowerment of speaking ones mind and standing up for yourself. 3) For the fact that I can afford to get an education. And, 4) I’m thankful for the hardships I have had to go through with mental illness, family members being sick, and not so appreciative men who have come and gone in my life. Going through all of that has brought me to a place where, at 22, I can say that I am beginning to love myself, my flaws, my brain both good and bad, and everything that makes me, me. Don’t get me wrong, there are still really bad days where I don’t know why I was put here on this earth and in this world, BUT I am learning to accept help and the importance of self care:) I hope you read this! I love your videos so much. They always put me in a more positive mood, without fail. Thank you for sharing your heart and soul with other people that need to feel loved and empowered!

I am grateful for:
It is a tradition I love doing with my family and one I will raise my children doing as well.
ashleigh noble i'll try that with my family!

Four things I am grateful for:
1) Having supportive family while I choose a life of instability for my craft rather than playing it safe.
2) For the completely real, true humans that have become my family away from home. They have taught me so much about what it means to care for somebody and the empowerment of speaking ones mind and standing up for yourself.
3) For the fact that I can afford to get an education.
And,
4) I’m thankful for the hardships I have had to go through with mental illness, family members being sick, and not so appreciative men who have come and gone in my life. Going through all of that has brought me to a place where, at 22, I can say that I am beginning to love myself, my flaws, my brain both good and bad, and everything that makes me, me. Don’t get me wrong, there are still really bad days where I don’t know why I was put here on this earth and in this world, BUT I am learning to accept help and the importance of self care:)
I hope you read this! I love your videos so much. They always put me in a more positive mood, without fail. Thank you for sharing your heart and soul with other people that need to feel loved and empowered!
