I appreciate you telling the truth that you don’t wake up 5:30 am every day or you don’t eat breakfast every morning. We are human, we are not perfect and these things make us beautiful 😊 Can’t wait to listen to the next episode from your podcast, soul sugar. Bangkok, Thailand
Absolutely loved this! I'm always so amazed how people can forget to eat breakfast. I'm always soooo hungry in the morning and food it literally the first thing I think about haha. I can't wait for summer, because it's also always so much easier to wake up early and be productive in the morning!
Get up and running when your alarm starts ringing totally applies to me and how I get work done! Not spamming your to-do list with too many things helps too!
I'm so incredibly excited about the podcast! The launching date is right at the beginning of finals season and I can't wait to hear you talking about selflove and reminding me in this stressful time to slow down a bit. ⚘Enjoy the weekend people! ⚘
I’m tottaly opposite as breakfast makes me feel heavy and sleepy, even the healthy one. Espresso is the way to go in my case but everyone is different I guess 🙂
I admire that you can do this. But just in case you havn't heard of, I have read before that just running on coffee and no food can create ulsers. Just some food for thought. Take care of yourself. Bye bye👋
You are now part of my everyday rituals, and your videos have helped me so much 💕 I play your videos when I’m having breakfast, or when I’m getting (un)ready at night. They get me so motivated, and have helped me change so many habits. Thank you so much
I've been looking for ways to make my mornings more efficient. Lately that means doing as much as I can in whatever space I'm currently in instead of doing one or two things moving to another room and constantly moving back and forth.
Loved this and your how to wake up at 5:30am video helped me so so much as I now actually get up at 5am for work so it’s helped me 100%. Well all of your videos I absolutely love and take so many notes from!❤️
Something that REALLY helps me be more productive and have a really good day has been skipping coffee first thing when I wake up and having a big glass of lemon water. (I definitely reach for my coffee maker after I have my lemon water) But just skipping coffee as the first thing I drink in the morning and opting for lemon water really gets my body more awake and feeling better
I love your videos! You definitely helped me through very hard times and your self care series are just the best. Lots of love coming your way, all the way from Egypt. Love, Sophia xx
I love your videos, this one really helped! ❤️ Cant wait for the podcast!! Idea for a video (if you haven't already) : how to eat healthier and any tips you have x
Hi Carrie, thank you for your amazing video. Being productive is one of the things that I enjoy the most but is hard sometimes. I think that another tip could be knowing yourself. I know that some people feel more productive or concentrated during the afternoon or early morning. For me, I have to read a lot for school, I try to take advantage of natural light, and I use the afternoon or early night time to do some laundry or meal prep. Also one of the things that motivate me is seeing the list that I made every Saturday morning getting smaller. Thanks again for your video and your tips
Looking forward to your podcast. I honestly can't wait! I've been struggling with my mental health and no matter what i do for some reason I can't seem to get it under control. These videos have been so helpful and have great suggestions. Thank you so much for everything you do!
For me the problem is that I am sooo tired so day start with taking care of the pets, take the dog for a quick morning walk and then my breakfast and that's when my problem starts. Iam still tired and I have my coffee and breakfast by the computor. My intent is to start my schoolwork but I end up on youtube and BOOM it is afternoon and nothing got done
Such an awesome video! Thank you for creating it! That was propbably the one video I was waiting for the most. Really loved it, especially the point of being realistic. I needed to hear that.
New viewer. Know you from Vagabrothers videos. Thanks for the thoughtful video! I try do 1000% everyday and struggle the most with balance. There's a lot here in your video I find useful.
I find doing the harder, less interesting tasks first thing is better for me because I'm naturally so much more motivated and energized in the morning. (When I say this, I'm talking about doing homeschool not work, so maybe that's also part of the difference.)
I get so lost in the vdo. Can u please include the points I spoke in description as well. It helps to lock in what I saw in the vdo. A visual compact set at the end would be very very effective for us to get going with the tips.
great video! but no: you should not expect to be able to get up at 5.30 in the winter. follow the rhythm of nature: in the winter the night is longer. so our sleep should be too. In the summer the sun rises earlier: so we should aim to be up earlier and the opposite in winter : )

I work too late most days of the week to wake up at 5:30 am. But yes getting up and get going is super important. I need to do that too.

Amazing video! ❤️
Chakchouka is a dish which comes from my country: Algeria (the Maghreb) and it is so delicious!!!!
Oh Madjda Someone above says it is Saudi, someone below that it is Tunisian, and I was sure it was Turkish! Lol Where is this dish actually from?! 😄
@@SaintOrCinema it is actually from the Maghreb (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco I think) you can search on Google for more informations
