I’m a Bronx native who lived in NYC for 29 years. Currently, I live in Ohio. I walked down a lot of streets in Manhattan and the Bronx, in some ritzy neighborhoods. I never imagined I’d ever see how the other half lives, but living vicariously through your videos is good enough for me. So much wealth and luxury is crammed onto a little 12 mile Long Island. NY is the center of my universe.
LOL! That Jamin is a keeper. He's now in my top 5 realtors that you have featured here. What a personality! Where's Natalie? We haven't seen her for some time now! I am DYING to know who owns this place especially when we saw all of the Caribbean and Indian spices and then all of the bedding were covered with Frette sheeting! STOP! JUST STOP! I can't handle anymore! BEAUTIFUL apartment. Definitely GREAT for parties/entertaining. I would say $4.5M is spot on and while I won't be a bidder, I'll gladly RSVP to any party that will be held there!
There's also a roof deck & gyn for the building. Whoever owns it now, wow, introduce me! The 1 thing I was surprised about tho was the small microwave. I would have expected an under the counter drawer type but otherwise it's wonderful. If you can afford the price then you can also afford taxes & common charges that run almost$8K per month
Even if I had the money to afford that loft I could not live in new york just came back from vacation visiting there for the first time, it was very shocking even though I know it exists to see it in person. Homeless people walking around with no shoes on a cold ground, merchandise locked up ,car horns blaring constantly.the bakeries were fantastic and the restaurants, a lot of vacant stores for rent almost got runover 3 times by speeding bikes. I can enjoy your videos even more now that I have visited. Charles is still my favorite realtor
i just looked at this property that came up, online, 1.4 mil. It comes with 4 acres of land, and a river runs through it. Rolling hills, lots of trees and the house was a 3 bedroom upgraded cabin. All the amenities within the home, and where most people have a basement, these guys had a built in stable which might sound weird.. but it was an ingenious idea and feature to the home. Garden potential and set up, plus a sight that's ready for a new build. There's a thousand things to do, once someone moves in,and it wouldn't stop, but what a life. xo makes this place and that guy... kinda greasy. sorry to say... xo
Honestly... That ain't on the Realtor... That apartment would maybe go for a mil BUT for the ADDRESS! You pay mucho dinero just for the right to say you live in NYC... I personally think it's insane... But, to each his own I guess BUT! I WILL say, before I even read your comment, I was thinking this place was lacking for that price... Even taking the address into consideration. But I'll move in to the place YOU describe RIGHT NOW, SIGHT UNSEEN! 🥰🥰
People who can buy that apartment can afford the ridiculous prices on that burger menu. It just shows that there are plenty of folks who have more money than they know what to do with.
If I had that kind of money I still wouldn't buy a gold plated burger. There is no point. It doesn't add flavor, it's literally the same burger as the $20 burger except they put 25 cents worth of gold leaf on it.
True wealth is having more than you can meaningfully spend or reasonably enjoy. So many disconnected & and purposefully unempathetic rich people in America it’s staggering.
Cash, pls make one special roast episode about Dunkin Donut, Chipotle, McDonald's and Starbucks. Your reaction everytime you bumped into one of these eateries are priceless
If I could afford that place, I'd make the deal with all the furnishings to come with it, That place is impeccably furnished. Whoever the decorator is, they did a phenomenal job.
Cash is a 10-year old in an adult body. Now Charles has a friend who also follows Cash around saying, “Don’t do that!”when the play with appliances gets over-enthusiastic.
Hey Cash I love your videos. Would you consider doing Videos of homes you toured that were for sale. For example, you show parts of the old video (the neighborhood, the building amenities)the date you toured it the asking price how much it went for how long it stayed on the market how much it’s worth now I would really love to see it! I’m sure other people would too!🥰
Does anybody know what the monthly fees would be for a place like this. And I know some buildings in New York have HOAs. That'd be a cool video explaining all the other stuff that goes in buying an apartment in NYC
$3465 common charges PLUS $3121/mo real estate taxes = $6586 per month! And that's far less than monthly rent would be !!! I got priced out of that neighborhood 25 years ago when a 1-bedroom was $1950 LOL Great neighborhood, I'd move back in a heartbeat. The buildings are pre-war and rock solid..quiet in comparison
Jamin is becoming my favourite realtor featured on your channel! There wasn't a thing about this place I didn't like. Well,. maybe being in close proximity to Salt Bae which is quite honestly the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Thankfully it was a date, he tried to impress me but it backfired. Bring me to an authentic Chinese, Japanese, Greek or Korean restaurant and I'll be eating out of your hands. Not literally, but I'd be impressed. Take care you two!
Oh how I have missed Cash. The YT algorithm has messed me up. So thrilled to see you with so many subscribers.I discover you in Dec. 2020 when you around 60k. You will always be one of my favorite channels. Seeing Cash makes me want to visit NYC again... If I was super rich, I would live in NYC and have Cash find my place. Sorry Cash, I am a peasant.
Hi Cash and to your friend wow this is another stunning loft apartment in the heart of NYC. I hope one day I can tour NYC my late dad only lived in Chicago. He land his friend lived there in the mid 1940’s 👍
Wow what a beautiful house! This is probably a home like Taylor Swift has in the city. It’s definitely not for mere mortals like me. I can see Jamin having a lot of friends. NYC is definitely the place to live if you’re an extrovert.
CASH! Tho it pained me to hear you say it, @ 8:55 you claim you don't have enough friends for that place. Well, I can assure you... if you could afford to own that place, you would probably have more friends! Now.. if they are the kind of people you WANT as friends is a different matter all together! 😂😂😂😂😂
Not gonna lie, seems a bit underwhelming for the price. The place is $4.5! and only has 2 (Real) bedrooms, no balcony, no building amenities (like gym room, pool, etc...). Other spaces have been shown on this channel that offer way more for just as much or a little less, but hey.....LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!
If I purchased this I’d definitely offer to purchase the furniture too. 😂 I mean, what a hassle to have to have to furnish the place while trying to get on with the business of living here. 😛 😝
Yeah I agree I like the guy that was in that video with cash seems like a pretty nice guy and the apartment needs no comment we all know it was unbelievable
That's not a $19 brunch. That's a $19 hangover! I would eat that $120 burger. Every video Cash says something funny, I give a thumbs up. Got me with the Facebook arguing comment 😅 That's an area I want to spend millions on, where the local convenience store be getting robbed all the time. Didn't look too nice of a neighborhood. Basic. No character. Not super clean. I like Jamin's show style in these vids. That tool closet is for the woman of the house.
Wow! What an awesome apartment. Would prefer to fill it with my own furniture. Love the fancy storage and appliances. Does $4.5M include an in-unit laundry? No one mentioned any. Curious to know. It IS. On the expensive side, but is an apartment fantasy anyway.
I was first struck by the thought that four million dollars would feed and educate an awful lot of children, and leave $5oo,ooo for a nice enough home. Admittedly, it is a niiiice place, sinfully decadent.
Kinda off-topic question for y’alls - does anyone know what kind of technique Cash uses to make this thumbnails? I love the look of them but I’m not sure how to describe them or how he makes them look kinda surreal.
I know this might sound crazy, but the 7-11 pizza is pretty good when it's fresh. It's not REAL PIZZA by any stretch of the imagination, but I'd say it's comparable to Dominos, and better than many dollar slice places.
$200,000 to make the bar happen? I think they chose the wrong contractor! lol Was he a celebrity contractor? Or are they counting the cost of the spirits? I want to know what's in that Golden shake for $75.00 lol It's a nice place with impressive decor but it's still a little too devoid of color for my taste. The one large colorful painting toward the end helped. Compared to other billionaire suites on Park Avenue, I'd say this is better than most, some are even pathetically designed, but the work space, No! A person would go mad in there trying to conduct business. The paper is so busy it would drive a person crazy when trying to problem solve, at least it would me. lol Also, the design seemed out of sync with the rest of the place. There's a novel called The Devil Wears Black, and there's a main character in the novel called Chase. He's arrogant, cool, mysterious and filthy rich. He lives on Park Avenue. I can see Chase living in this place:-) 🧚♀
Great loft! But maybe it’s me because I think 4.5mil is a lot. Don’t get me wrong, the loft is definitely unique but maybe I was expecting more for 4.5mil 🤷🏽♂️ but I also know nothing about real estate 😂

I love the fact that he tells potential renters what is near an apartment.
Cash while sittin on the couch said the tv is 2 miles away 🤣🤣 Jamie is hilarious the shower scrubber I don’t want no scrubs 🤣🤣
Absolutely perfect. Only missing one thing, the money to buy it! What a nice guy Jamin is. Cash, your jokes just crack me up man.
He is a cutie 🥰!!
i love when cash has company.
I want that little sleeping pig that was on the nightstand. So sweet. Thanks Cash, that was fun .
Not only that but I want that Pelican steel/mirror artwork... Oh, and the Ralph Lauren chests

Lucky to be Jamin and Charles.

Jamin, Michael, and Alex are my three favourite co-hosts. Michael especially, he's fantastic! Always puts a smile on my face.
Naw! Only Charles Munroe!!!
When you have a closet just for pillows you know you've made it.
If you have your spice rack too organized, you are not cooking enough 😂

thanks for putting the listing info in Cash i truly appreciate it
Boucherie is really good and kind of expensive. Gotta love a cali joint in nyc lol
4.5 million dollars and only has two bedrooms? No way, that's highway robbery!
Welcome to the world of NYC real estate! Paying for the location too! Gramercy, Flatiron, Union Sq.
Also in those pre-war industrial buildings, you don't hear your neighbors...rock solid.
With the two of you sitting on the park bench, a Forest Gump reference would have been awesome........

Cash, I heard rat is like turtle-7 different flavors. That pizza.. 😋 😂
That is a very beautiful area to be in. The apartment is super nice. The closets are not big enough.
True, but - HARDWARE CLOSET!!
SaltBae... The biggest scam of a restaurant known to man.
I agree with you ABSOLUTELY 100%!
The people who can spend $4,500,000 for an apartment don't care about those prices.

Heeeey I used to work at that church for a couple of years when it was a night club(Avalon Night Club aka the old lime light).
I used to frequent the place when it was the Limelight and then again when a David Barton gym opened there.
Honestly I was expecting it to be way more expensive
5 million dollar apartment furnished with stuff from Home Goods. I recognized nearly every piece of decor in there.
