I have my Epic Max set at N, +1, with the weight set in the middle of the track. I'm a senior playing with a UST Mamiya Recoil ES 440/F2. Funny, with all those details, I've never actually gotten in a simulator to see if the settings are right for me. I will say that I'm lucky if I ever hit my drive 200 yards, but I'm happy to say that I don't battle with a slice. The downside is my contact is inconsistent, although I do seem to hit a lot off the toe. Thanks for the great info.
Wait a minute, optifit changes loft but not face angle? Did I hear correctly? I've always read/heard that face angle will change when you adjust loft. Btw could u link the higher swing speed video Thomas mentions Thanks! 1 last thought, it would have been much better imo if Drew did the club adjustments and let Jackie hit uninformed so as prevent possible bias.. Keep it coming fellas
This was awesome!! Thank you Jackie & Drew. Jackie, as the Master Fitter, maybe you can answer this question for me. I own the Rogue ST Max driver & I had a green dot optifit hosel put on my MMT Xtra Stiff shaft to lower the loft down to 8.5*. Since the Max has a slight draw bias, will that draw bias still work with the face opened by lowering it 2*? Also, how many degrees is it open at 8.5? I love the tempo of your swing. It’s effortless. At least to my 66yo eyes. It’s really a great swing.
I will have to get Jackie to read these comments but I can help answer. It will still be a touch draw bias but with less loft on the driver it is harder to draw the ball. Not sure the exact amount with the Callaway COG. Callaway tell us that they COG changes work independently - Thomas
Clubs in stock are very quick if it's on our website. For custom orders it depends on the manufacturers delivery time which can vary a lot. But if its in stock on our website it should ship within a day! - Thomas
The differences are subtle and I would need a lot more shots to really test the statistical significance of the differences. My best guess is that at Jackie's swing speed there is an overlap between the settings but the differences are real and relevant to slower swing speeds
I just came across this video, and I see a flaw, that is …. What I see, (my opinion). She hit that better on the white circle, I understand your demonstrating the difference in adjustment but what I see is possibly a flaw that can make a difference in the results
Excellent video about hosel and weight settings. Well done. Callaway’s opti fit is my favorite adjustable hosel.
Thanks for watching - Thomas

Thanks for watching if you ever get a chance to take a look at the numbers you can optimize your distance by playing the correct loft - Thomas

great video. the information was perfect in displaying everything to get clear data.
Thanks for watching - Thomas
Just bought this driver. Would u recommend on trying the weight on the club all the way to the heel to help stop a slice?
The adapter has more effect than weight for closing face. The weight is a fine tune.
I dropped mine down to 9.5. Looking forward to seeing the difference next time out
Love it, let us know how it goes!
@@2ndswing Definitely! So actually, I don't get the 2 clicks? It feels tight but no clicks
2021 Epic Speed

Very good, sold on Callaway!
Hello, i just bought one of these drivers. Do the two little hyphen lines have to marry up on the hosel? If they dont, what difference does it make?
Very cool seeing the difference. Thank you.
Thanks for watching - Thomas
Oh my Goodness, get to it!
What degree driver are you hitting to start with?
what has more influence? the optifit or moveable weight
Optifit, same with all adjustable drivers
Optifit, same with all adjustable drivers
Very very useful
Has anyone actually measured the effects of the different hosel settings?
How long does it usually take for your things to deliver

Why did you not try D -1?
Show the actuall hosel and its setting, per shot. While she is the bay, would be great to see what setting looks like. They confuse me sometimes.
does this hosel only fit callaway?
Correct. Each manufacturer has their own compatible hosel - Thomas
Absolutely. The golf life is too short to leave yards on the table.
We are lucky to have the adjustability help to dial in the numbers and get the most distance and best dispersion we can - Thomas
Yep ;)
Part B should be shafts and then Part C Balls.
Thank you for watching! - Thomas
pretty much shows that at sub 90 mph swing speed, the adjustments don't really affect much.
The differences are subtle and I would need a lot more shots to really test the statistical significance of the differences. My best guess is that at Jackie's swing speed there is an overlap between the settings but the differences are real and relevant to slower swing speeds
The further the ball goes the further the ball can curve a certain direction. 90 mph to 110 mph will make a big difference on offline shots - Thomas

made the adjustment no difference ......
