awesome vid! and i like the way u told us up front what the weapon was, that made wanna watch the whole vid . i hate when people try to drag it out till the end. would of been nice to see how u sliced that sample. did u pitch the slices or just used keyboard mode?.... u earned a new sub with this vid!
+RodneyRicoWillis thanks! RUclips gives you better visibility if people watch your videos to the end, I wanted to do it the honest way though because I'm the same as you! I tend to slice into 16, and apply pitch to the whole thing or not at all (usually at least!) - I might do a video about it soon 😊 glad to have you on board!
Funny how after years of working with maschine i never used the grain delay, but have been layering samples to get similar results. Great to learn about a much easier way! Thx
Thanks for the TL:DR, never see anyone do it which is really cool, knowing a trick is something, going through all the process of making it sound good is something else.
You’re welcome! It’s not necessarily in my best interest to do it that way in terms of RUclips engagement but I hope actually making it worth watching leaves people with a better impression than being forced to watch...?
Great video bro, I can't seem to find grain delay as an option on my Maschine MK2. I've tried to follow your steps but it doesn't appear. Am I missing something?
Dey Knight good grief dude look old school samples,or sampled music, jazz does a whole lot of stuff man you just got to go to a record store or look on RUclips that simple
great beat

I'm just learning Maschine MK3. I'm a noob and appreciate all the help I can get. Cool tip. Thank You!

Totally, I'm not into vinyl sampling(yet) but you've probably got more relevant videos to me, at least if I actually buy a Maschine.
Good luck - hope to have more for you in future!
