test the distance u can hear each suppressed weapon and the distance u can hear foot steps
i know for a fact that NO suppressed weapon sound can be heard past 250m for larger caliber weapons and 100m for small caliber weapons that are suppressed however the crack sound effect which is the bullet breaking the sound barrier will still be heard from a set distance until the bullet has traveled long enough to slow down to subsonic speed. this is why 9x39 and .45 the quietest in the game because all projectile speeds start out below the speed of sound and thus don’t create any crack noise ever.

You probably had protection. What clothing did you have? Even field and tactical vests give some protection

@@morningstarboi6861 I once survived a direct claymore hit (granted it broke my legs) and then survived a direct grenade hit that landed right in front of me. Looked at it and just accepted my fate. It blew up and I was still alive.
My friend managed to catch the later of the whole incident on a clip which I think he still has tbf 😂. Pretty sure you can hear me screaming shit down the mic because it was an extremely excitable moment as I'm sure you know with your incident.
Dayz is a cruel but weirdly forgiving mistress.

Pretty sure it's 2 if they're at full health. I one-tapped a guy (no helmet) back when I was still a newbie, and he rolled over while I was looting him. Damn near had a heart attack 😂😂

First off… love your channel. As a dayz noob I’ve gone from dying from rotten fruit to winning fights thanks to your content. Second, I’d love to see more detail in these weapon reviews like a damage test at different ranges and against different armours. It’ll be hard to fit it all in a short but if anyone can you can FN!!

It's top-tier for removing zeds, so as a utility pistol it's nice to keep in a holster.

Most of the (ballistic, non sci-fi) guns in FNV are actually very closely inspired by real world guns. Some are more amalgamations of a few similar weapons (like the Service Rifle), but many are pretty much 1:1 (like the 9mm just being a Browning HiPower)
plus you can sneak it into a casino without a high sneak level

A gun shooting .22 while being shot at is better than being shot at when you have no gun.
This has a great use for zeds and early game players, nothing better than a accessable gun in game with ammo a plenty, and a integral suppressor

You should have tested the same ammo out of a longer barrel with the 10/22 i think its called the sporter in dayz

Silencing a gun doesn’t turn down damage? Infact it makes a gun more deadly.

Test the time being unconscious from melee and different bullets / weapons.
Test all the uncon times on a fully geared player because that will come in handy for alot of us.

If it was realistic:
Aim at the torso: Does nothing
Aim 5cm above the torso: Death in minutes

So you mean to tell me that you need to repair a shirt with duct tape but you can live 5 gunshots to the chest with that same shirt what are those things made of?

Attention: Mk2s bullet might ricochet and kill you instead.
Anyway, biggest pro with MK2 is that you dont burn through cleaning kits as you dont have to repair silencer and weapon individually
I hate how beint shot in dayz ruins your clothes so fast. Bullets would just leave a small hole than Van be 100% repaired easily with tape
