I’ve been doing quickjoins on helldiver difficulty and everyone’s doing this rn lol, the automaton map is great because the winding paths makes it so tanks and larger enemies can’t get to you
the best way is to find a level 1 map that has some medal spawns that are really close together (at least three nodes you can gather in under a minute) and then alt f4 and restart the map i can get like 6 medals a minute, and it doesnt negatively effect the war effort because you never fail the mission

Like a bunker (need two player to open it - has 3 spawns), a container (you can open it with a Granate - has 2 spawns), a small ship with a light signal (has 1 spawn). Spawns can be super credits, medals or weapons.
i did this for 30 minutes and then stopped because its the most boring shit. After a while of playing the game normally you will get all medals anyway.
how did you unlock the jar 5 dominator quickly? Basically how did you skip the other items on pages? it didn't let me progress unless I bought eevrything in the page before.
@@Fimbulwinter04 im lvl 45 and dont recoomend the jar 5, most of the steel veteran loadout is extremely dissapointing, go with the plas 1 scorcher, you will need it for higher level difficulty, thank me later
@@MrShawnysstoo late lol, I had already unlocked it, and yes it was disappointing. Even the nerfed breaker is still better than jar-5. If it had better armor penetration and less recoil (better handling) and a larger magazine by even an extra 2-5 rounds in the magazine, then maybe it can be considered to be decent at least.
I'm an idiot and even I found a better way than any I've seen online so far: (but maybe the mission is new tho) Play solo, go to a bot planet on Diff 7, look for a mission where you have to destroy a command bunker (on Diff 7 it's only one you need to destroy) Equip the 380 barrage (and others like the laser), drop in at the centre of the base (if you can, drop on the bunker itself), throw the barrage at your feet, kill yourself 6 times (until you run out of reinforcements), mission done If there is no "destroy a command bunker" mission, you can start a campaign, start a mission (to actually activate the campaign), leave and look for another one until you get the mission you need. If you already have an active campaign (from the last run), when you start another campaign the old campaign will be canceled and you get a new one this can be the annoying part Takes about 100 seconds (mission time) you are even liberating the planet by this
Thanks! I will definitely start running this. I hate how grindy getting medals is (not using this method just from an overall gameplay standpoint). It makes me enjoy the game less because I am annoyed trying to get more medals so then it makes the game feel like work instead of pure fun like it should be.
You can wait to accumulate super credits through medals and farming. I had enough by level 15ish Though it’s always nice to support indie devs with games like this. Especially with the unexpectedly high player count. So the extra $10 is at least going to a good cause.
Just enjoy the game. Don't repeat the same boring mission over and over like a bot. Don't by an Automaton. I love monoE. But advice like this are bad in the long run. When you reach and unlock everything fast the game will become boring....

Only failing missions takes away liberation progress. 2: nobody's forcing people to play the game a certain way. If they want to cheese some easy experience and get to the late game content as soon as possible, they're allowed to do so. The game is incredibly grindy as it is, if people want to speed up the process, it is completely understandable. I'm not sure why you're so upset about something a handful of players do that doesn't even effect anything, let alone YOUR experience.
Grinders are losing planets. Bad move for the cause. This is why all the bot planets are constantly being lost. Every abandoned operation is a loss in the galactic war.

Ok, I found the original posts by Pilestedt and he actually says that although a failed/incompleted operation doesn't harm the count as a loss, it doesn't count as a win either and is therefore like you didn't take part. So grinding is as good as not doing your part.

You only do this to get Medals to complete battle pass quickly and to Level 50. After that, this grind is over. Not everyone needs to do this, only the 1% of people who like plowing through the grinding phase(such as diablo games 1-99/100) and then you "enjoy" the game with all your skills and abilities unlocked. This game still requires SKILL even @ level 50. I cant tell you how many people I've come across that their heads are inflated because of their account is level 50 but have no idea how to deal with different types of bots/bugs on Helldive. You still need to know the basics/fundamentals. Then after that you need to communicate with teammates and build everyone's loadout tailored PER MISSION, PER DIFFICULTY. Everyone should play their way, stop listening to content creators and just go out there and spread some Democracy Helldivers. But don't listen to me, I'm just a level 50 noob with all ship modules maxed. Idk what I'm doing 😂
If people are grinding the game, The issue is the progression being to slow, If progression was faster then people would play it normally without having to cheese

Not sure I remember tbh. I developed the positioning on my own from watching other players, trying things out with my own squad, etc. Definitely a shared knowledge and learning process.
Good video but not a great type of play style for the whole community. It causes players to abandon the operations, losing the war, try not to popularize this please.

You need to spend X amount of medals to unlock each page. I spent them and then bought it.

I have about 200 hours in, and I just unlocked the last page on the basic war bond. The monthly war bonds always seem to take any medal I have left

if you mean "Super credit" there are 3 ways to get : Finding (usually in bunker) , Buying(real world money) , Buying(from warbond using medals)

He's playing the game... and the missions as intended. Players are going to optimize their experience to suit their own personal desire.
