    Just made my first strawberry rhubarb pie with a crumble top. Came out excellent! One of my favorites

    Should you thaw your fruit first?

      It depends on the situation, but typically I will at least partially thaw the fruit. If you don't, and just use cold fruit, it will take the pie much longer to bake and potentially cause the crust to get way overdone. Ken
