I live in Somerset & have been inconvenienced by construction. I’ve worried about the additional traffic. The homes you showed have no real yards, they appear jammed on top of each other.
Sorry you hear that you’ve been impacted by the construction. Yes, most new developments offer smaller yards but luckily Benicia St Park is down the street, Glen Cove marina and park as well. Living nearby, would you agree that it’s a great area?

Excellent video! What is the garage size for plan#1? Is it 2 or 3 car garage? I would actually like to see the garage and yard space any videos or photos? Also, what does the back of the house look like such as yard size and space? Thanks
