this is the best house ive ever seen there are so many bedrooms, so much space, the kithcen is huge, so many sitting areas, the living room, dining table, gameroom everything is nice and the kitchen has 2 sections i love it, i love the garage and the butler pantry and the guest house!!

Loved this model and he guest house. One thing that makes me wonder is not seeing any type of fence between the house and other houses. Even without the fence it would be perfect for me, UNLESS there is HOA; that would be a big reason for me not even consider buying the home.
I agree! It’s a perfect home. This home sits in acres so I didn’t catch the fencing in the front sides but the back fence is there to separate properties. 😄 there is an HOA🙂
The only thing it's missing in the kitchen/pantry is a drawer microwave (unless I overlooked it); others than this, it is gorgeous! Wish this house/sq ft/acre and the price was in my city/state.

Beautiful home, kitchen was awesome. The master closet was a huge disappointment. I thought it was a his/hers closet and that must’ve been the his closet. We moved out of there fast. Should’ve taken space from the master bathroom for more closet. There’s wasted space of just walking around in that bathroom. Guest house was great. It was one of the better ones I’ve seen.

It is a very sad life for the American people; They worked hard to get these beautiful homes, the next day they are gone. Your builders are more into money than health and safety. I just open a channel where you can see what a home should look and rely especially on the days of difficulties.

Houses in earthquake and hurricane-prone areas have stricter requirements. But no house can withstand a direct hit from a category five hurricane. The standard of living in America is much higher than almost everywhere else. Not sure where you are getting your information.
