Man. Smoughs got the length but you just have the script, the voice, the cadence and of course the music background. Musics MUST for videos to feel more full, in my opinion. Love it all bro keep going!
I notice theres a theme of twins in this game, how 2 separate beings are actually one entity..like D and his brother and the big secret you learn from the statue in Leyndell..
I love these videos, especially on the sorcery aspect of the game! I have my own theories and speculation on the Twinsage crown though. I believe it is based upon Azur and Lusat. They are not biological twins, but they are the only two "Grandmasters" of the academy (that we know of), which is why this crown is only given to the elite, and the word "sage" in Elden Ring is often used to refer to heretical/outcasted sorcerers, which they are due to their dabbling in the primeval current, thus they became the twin sages of the academy. Furthermore, the Twinsage crown has very wild, spiky, jagged glintstones, where the other ones are a lot more neat and tidy, possibly referencing how the two grandmasters browns and heads would be taken over and turned into glintstone. Karalos and Olivinus are actually their own people and did not create the sorceries of the conspectus, but were still masters of it after following in the footsteps of Azur and Lusat and would be the ones responsible for the education system for newer sorcerers. This is all speculation though of course, which is what I really like about Elden Ring, nothing is exactly outright stated for you and allows for so many different theories and interpretations.
What about the potential for Thopps Conspectus. It's implied that he'd end up finding his own later in life, but what would it even be? I'm calling it on Aurora's. the lights that reflect of our own earths magnetic field, which help repel a lot of the different charged particles and rays from our sun (or glintstone sorcery)
Did Thopp's not die once returning back to Raya Lucaria? I thought he died once he finally got back in to Raya Lucaria, as he is found dead at a table inside, or was that Sellen? My memory gets fuzzy sometimes on lore haha
I love that conspectices imply there are many fields of magic but really it’s just you shooting beams all day. I’m not sorry but magic in the souls games have always left me wanting. “They’re the same picture ”.
Master Azur left Raya Lucaria after study of the primeval current was restricted by the Carians*. It's possible that the turquoise color scheme came afterwards. Hawkshaw has a good theory on the significance of different colors in Elden Ring. Blue is the color of the rational mind and the intellect, green is the color of stamina and animation. Comet Azur is very much animated, explaining the color of it. * probably others too, since Sellen is still at odds with the academy even after they rebelled against the Carians. The human sacrifice might be to blame.
Was going on a similar line of thought regarding the twin sages, given the whole topic of twins in general. Maybe not literally a shared mind, but seems appropriate enough. Also, Night Comet is awesome.
I wouldn't be surprised if Miquella had their own, secret conspectus. They were certainly clever enough to do something like that, specially if they were researching ways to cure Malenia.
It’s entirely possible. Their portrait only depicts one arm on the outside of each brother. They’re also pressed quite closely together. This could simply be to save space in the portrait, or be symbolic of their shared conspectus, but it also possibly implies that they are conjoined twins.
Hey, neat vid, man! On the topic of sorcery, the Demi-Human Queens and their relationship with the academy might be an interesting dive to take. What do you think?
They are two brothers who ran the Conspectus together. Each Conspectus crown represents its leader, so the twin sage crown needed to represent both of them.
Everyone's a nerd until you start talking fromsoft lore. 😂 great video, my dude. Also, can you at least think about making a lore video on the bats? Like even if you just "wing it" 😉 and make it up.
I seriously cannot overstate how much I love this channel and your consistently solid content.
Thank you!

Thank you! We hope the compilations make up for the shorter run-times. Focusing on smaller topics just lends itself better to shorter videos.

The George R Martion shows lmao.
@@SuperMaster000XWho the f is George R Martion?

13:23 unobtainable second twinsage crown... another mysterious twin?
This channel is the only thing keeping me from going insane with the wait of the dlc.
If we can help ease that sting at all for you I'm very happy
Speaking of I'm hoping with the dlc we get a Draconic snd or Crucible ending.
Always have a soft spot for D bc my name is Darrian and my brothers name is Devan. And ofc I use their armor now
Could you consider making a video on the starting character creation template races please?

Hopefully the dlc will let us get the npc only glintstone mask
I’m a big fan of the twin theory

Or *her, as she's a she. Two souls in one body doesn't unmake her being a her.
@@bigguy7353 hence the use of they as I wasn't sure. I wasn't aware of the two soul aspect either, care to elaborate?
Could you do a lore video on adan the theif of fire
We talk about him in our fire monks video! Feel free to check it out.
beautiful video
Thank you!
Could the Twinsages also have been conjoined twins?
We never see them below the waist so it's possible.

I definitely want to dig into the demi human queens. There isn't any info really but I think the context around them is enough to tell a story.
He said someone made a video about twins on the lands between. I couldn't understand the name, can someone help me here?
Smoughtown
The thing what i dont get is why they have a mask with two faces like why was it created for

Is there a connection between the twin sages from ds3 and the one from elden ring?
I don't recall twin sages in DS3
The crystal sages are called the “preacher twins “
