Awesome, I just turned 52 and have all of those. Single Dad of three 12,10 and 9. I just not sure where to focus to make the money I would like. Always worked for hourly wage. One thing Alex is not mentioning, but is included in his plan is social energy! The human desire to talk and interact with other people. You will get that from the business(employees, customers) or/and martial classes.
Although I’m not as successful as you, I did break down a formula for myself that’s very close to yours. Except mine is energy, focus and position. What I figured was instead of willpower, I just needed to put myself in the right position. For example, if I’m at the gym, I will work out. If I’m at my desk, I will work. I just focus on getting to the starting line and not the actual willpower, because that comes naturally from being in the right position.
I actually find your videos pretty helpful. I might have a dude mindset when it comes to doing better for myself so these non fluff straightforward white board drawings are actually where it’s at for me. Thanks

I see him as being very analytical, observant, motivated, and strategic. For you, it may seem that he is overcoming something, but this is how he is made. Why do I believe that? Because I am exactly the same way he is (except for the money part), and I am not "struggling" with any of the ailments you mentioned.

Great video - some powerful insights here... When it comes to creating and strengthening will power it is actually incredibly SIMPLE, it's just not EASY, that's where people get confused.
If you're reading this you could go and run 10 miles tonight and it would build your willpower, you could take a 5 minute cold shower and it would build your willpower, or you could spent an hour learning a new skill that is completely alien to you and difficult to understand.
However the majority of the time we follow our biological imperative which is to seek out comfort.
You MUST rewire your brain by training your brain to ENJOY discomfort

Just few days in new year Amazons AZ44TX is clearly setting up the new milestone! The only real way to counter the current recession is by acting on yourself, making own decisions and making sure that you got enough no matter what happens. If you trust conventional ways you might end up being homeless or worse at one day, seriously.. This is why I believe in projects like this one which are clearly there to make a difference and it starts right now
I follow all your videos since I started watching them I’ve achieved so much in life I now have 2 houses an amazing car and great lifestyle I cut out all junk food booze and now such a minimalist plastic plants ditched the misses I was with got rid of all social media I now use a Nokia 3310 it’s really hard to change how we are wired and reconnecting to what’s important. I remember watching your first video and thinking your an idiot i now admire you as a roll model.

Although I’m not as successful as you, I did break down a formula for myself that’s very close to yours. Except mine is energy, focus and position. What I figured was instead of willpower, I just needed to put myself in the right position. For example, if I’m at the gym, I will work out. If I’m at my desk, I will work. I just focus on getting to the starting line and not the actual willpower, because that comes naturally from being in the right position.
I actually find your videos pretty helpful. I might have a dude mindset when it comes to doing better for myself so these non fluff straightforward white board drawings are actually where it’s at for me. Thanks

I doubt it. Someone does not accumulate that much wealth the way he did, struggling. The only struggle I believe he goes through is getting through the work. But in many cases, men love that. Remember, women and men are entirely different. I would say, almost opposites. Remember, the keyword you said was, "I feel you..." Women tend to 'feel' more than men. I see him as being very analytical, observant, motivated, and strategic. For you, it may seem that he is overcoming something, but this is how he is made. Why do I believe that? Because I am exactly the same way he is (except for the money part), and I am not "struggling" with any of the ailments you mentioned.
@W2 EXACTLY! Women are more empathetic. They see the hard work that men go through, and for them, they believe that they are struggling. They cannot fathom that we love the grind. She sounds nice, but like most women, they do not understand men.
Therefore, to bond with a man, she needs to put a woman's struggle onto the man. Also, it could be that she met men struggling with emotional problems. With that said, I can tell you that neither Alex nor myself are going through this. For men like us, we yearn for the grind. The ability to create something from the ground up, and see the fruits of your labor come to fruition, is the best satisfaction a man can get.
