I think this is a good video all-in-all. My only suggestion (it might be nitpicky) is to maybe put all of the domains for each step of the NCP on the same slide rather than having them on separate slides. For example, have Food/nutrition-related history, anthropometrics, etc. all on one slide under the title "Assessment." This would help show more clearly that they are all parts of the Assessment step.
