SO i'm going backwards because I'm just about to finish Biblical Hebrew. Dude, you made the Binyanim SOOOO accessible. I love it. It's clear God is using you to do mighty work. And the poetry... the POETRY that you finally cracked. I know that's been a hold-up and it's coming to light. God bless you both and your team.

Amazing lesson! I have been wondering for so long how you were going to introduce and teach the topic of stems. Not only was I impressed, but I finally understand why the stems are called what they are!

Fun fact, this name only applies to verbal stems. Nominal stems get a different name...
(and please share your insight on why verbal stems are referred to as buildings yet nominal stems are wheights)

Got a little tutoring from Tim McNinch video on binyanim. I was feeling dense. Ohhhhh! I get it now. I'll admit I thought בנימן and בנינים were the same words until you pointed it out.

Yes- one eventually needs formal grammar- and I have a copy of the eminent Allen P. Ross at hand to dip into. But beginning by memorizing rule upon rule is such a joy killer- especially when one has reached an age that route memorizing is a skill of the past. Repetition with variety will not only teach donkeys but old dogs.
