This is wild, word for word what I said 3 years ago…So funny how there are always others out there living very similar lives! My surprise third is now 2.5 and we opted for making him take a lower bunk bed in his brother’s room to buy us maybe a few more years. I prefer smashing the mortgage out rather than jumping into an extension, also other factors such as interest rates, low supply for construction industry and realestate in Australia atm make me so glad the room sharing has turned out a surprisingly good solution for now. Also having the third baby phase went super fast and the three kids are best buddies despite 8 and 6 year age gaps. I’m excited for you, hope all goes well 🥰

I really like this video, how are you preparing for this new chapter. Keep well and remember if you can afford to pay extra for you mortgage, then for sure you can stop it and afford a life and raising children. Keep well.

I had a Volvo XC70 cross country it was a estate car and very reliable and spacious plenty room for 3 car seats . A cheaper option than a people carrier x
We have looked at Volvos and as much as I would LOVE one unfortunately the running costs are just too high for us unless we get a new/newer one.
Plus we are looking at people carriers for those “just incase” moments 😂💛

Can't wait to see what you have and what name you choose? I am wishing for a girl for you as you already have two boys (I have two boys and two girls, my last babies 24 years ago were girl/boy twins, a mega shock having twins 5 days before our other son's 2nd birthday, and daughter's 12th birthday which was in the following month
Living is learning, so the boys will learn so much about taking care of another human, but we will still keep going with the basics where possible.
We honestly have no clue about baby names! Nothing we agree on 😂. So suggestions very much welcome.
And we never find out the gender as we like to keep it a surprise as we honestly have no preference.

Do you know the sex of the baby? When are you due?
No, we have decided with all 3 to not find out the gender. We like a surprise ☺️.
And I tend to not tell people the guess date so that I don’t feel the pressure when baby decides it needs a little longer to bake 😂. 💛
