Thank you for this honest video. I have been HIV+ for 22 years (diagnosed at 46). I have been undetectable the entire time, however I did withdraw from sex and dating (I withdrew not wanting to face other people’s scrutiny, but did share my status with friends). It is only recently that I got the message about u = u, which may have made a difference. I did feel confident that this would be a manageable condition (I never experienced any depression or real fear) and I fortunately had the most incredible infectious disease doctor, whose positive outlook and awesome care inspired confidence in me that everything would be okay.

Total curiosity. How old are you. I mean: almost 10 years ago and an approximate incubation time of 10 years. My partner died 30 years ago about a year before reasonable medication came along.
Lót of respect for you. Thanks 🙏.
    I mean: You look 25 😊
Ok. Wrote too fast. Véry youthful and Good looking 41. Hmm… 🤤
