You understood and tried to practice our culture when you explained your dad not to touch food with left hand.You did complete justice in pronouncing the names of various dishes the way it should be. For your information, that beef preparation is of Kerala style and in Kerala,dry red chillies,green chillies and curry leaves are used to add flavour to the dish and while having the dish they are usually not eaten. Kudos David, respect you for the true love you have shown to Indian food.
