Ground salt and grill it on the wood coal. The secret is also the fire temperature and the distance the meat and the fire. When you put the salt how much you've put the salt. Techniques you learn since you're kid helping you're daddy preparing the churrasco.
I've been here before during the yearly Miami Spice event and the food is amazing, not too many spices/seasonings either and the salad bar is phenomenal with hearts of palm and exotic variety of pickled hot peppers!! I'm drooling just thinking about it, especially since I'm craving red meat so badly🤤🤤🤤. Also, their cheese bread is a winner. I had the fresh, foamy lime juice when I lunched there and the experience was so great that 6 yrs later, I still vividly remember that day.
In Brazil a barbecue place like that costs around 15 USD with all this meat quality and even better. It is not common thoughtto have all this wine selection, I believe because this is not a popular restaurant but more top class in thr U.S. Tobe honest I used to go to places like that at least twice a month, sometimes every week. Last timeI have been in Brazil I ate barbecue 2 weeks straight every single day because I missed it so bad. You have not tried yet pineapple grilled with cinammon, that is simple and awesome. Man I just miss Brazilian food so bad. Enjoy as much as you can! Also a tip, you could not find out the seasoning because Brazilian barbecue has no seasoning, everything is grilled only with salt. Every single cut of meat has its own texture, aroma and flavour. Therefore adding sauce is a waste of deliciousness, in Brazil we add only thick seasalt around the meat at the exact moment it is left to grill, then the meat is going to absorb the perfect amount of salt it needs by osmosis. All meat is grilled with fat because when it is being grilled the fat melts down and penetrates the meat giving an incredible taste. Another thing is that they dont really grill well the meat in the video, in Brazil we grill ribs for at least 8 to 12 hours not 4h like them, we wake up 6 A.M. to start a barbecue, we grill the ribs first and let it there until afternoon when the party is started, then before ribs are done we put sausages and chicken that also takes longer and picanha, etc...are the last because they get ready pretty fast. Man you made me die here of desire to go back home. Haha.

Better than Fogo de Chão? There's no chance a good barbecue place (if not the best) like Fogo de Chão would cost 15 dollars, that's just insane. Although there are a lot of places like that in Brazil, the majority of them are just crap, dirty, low quality places.

Now you Americans know how is the taste of a REAL Barbecue. Cheers from Brasil.
Thats gonna be my favorite place for every time I go to Miami
Rodozio is seriously an incredible experience. Go there very hungry and take your time, and don't make plans afterwards (unless that includes laying on the beach in your food coma)! I think it's a great thing to have a 2 hour experience at with friends. You can get a MASSIVE meal out of it and enjoy some wonderful recommendations from the staff when it comes to wine.
So how do they keep track of how much meat you took to charge you for it?
Its all you can eat buffet, you pay a fixed price and eat all day 😅
Que chique tem Fogo de Chão em Miami....🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗❤
I love your Dad, such a gentleman♥♥
"Brazilian gaúchos, they are the chefs" hahahaha, actually "gaúcho" is the way people of Rio Grande do Sul are called in general.
Algumas vezes chama re no quiabo kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Ou cagar pra dentro kkkkkkkk
We all know that "the guys" of Brazilian barbecue are the gauchos
Canismajores gaucho in Brazilian Portuguese means someone that was born in the state called “Rio Grande do Sul” I’m Brazilian and I work in a Brazilian Steakhouse in AZ and here that’s how we call the guys that prepare the meat however this same word in Brazil has a different meaning as I said above....
To be even more specific, Gaúchos are the cowboys of the southern America plains region, amid Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. So there are Gaúchos of those 3 nacionalities.
Thank you for this video! Going to take my wife here to celebrate our anniversary! :)
It was simply amazing and cheers 🍻 to your dad he is so cool 😎 now I know how come you are so awesome 👏🏼
