Just got back from this place. They added a Mitsubishi heater/cooling system that is quiet. We rented 6 units and had 11 people, had the best time cooked out, ate and drank. This place is next to the cape cod rail trail. Great place, not cheap, rented in June 2023 cost $350 per night.
