Need to ditch that wastegate before it hangs up! Get the 45mm from turbosmart it comes with v band flanges. I had the v band TIG welded on top of the 4 bolt plate works perfect. Other than that you have a very similar setup to mine. All my o2s are unplugged It kept going crazy afr with them plugged in. Now I just run a really rich idle and slightly rich cruise, 10.5-11.5 under boost. All stock injectors fuel pump and engine. Fuel return through 1:1aeromotive regulator. 3 lb spring (no boost controller) creeps up to 5 lbs due to the header design I believe. Been beating the crap out of it (rev limiter, drifting, burnouts, street racing, etc) for 12k miles so far (286k mile engine) with no issues
i’m planning to and i’m having issues with idle everything else is fine idles for the first 10 minutes do a couple pulls and it just doesn’t like to idle
MrPhukyew makes a detailed video of how to do this reliably to a stock ecu car. You need to run 7mge oem supra injectors. I seen you're going with an ecu though so that'll be niiiiiiicceee
i took a lot of tips from him you don’t need those injectors he has a ebay intake as his maf housing so he needs it for fuel trims i have the cx kit maf housing same as oem
What's up my main man I heard it is running like shit for ya, would try to put a fuel return on the top of the fuel rail going back to the fuel tank it's pretty simple to do and run a fuel regulator with a boost reference at 60 PSI. Also instead of having a vent to atmosphere try a recirculating blow-off valve the sudden loss of boost pressure can cause it to run lean and then Rich. Don't want to blow the motor.
6psi and yes i’ve done a lot of random shit to get it to work it has been a absolute headache everybody preaches to go stand-alone but i wanted to go stock ecu because it’s cheaper and i thought would be easier lol it was the biggest headache getting this thing to work on stock ecu if you are doing it just save time and money and go standalone i could have bought a emu black and tune for what i’ve spent problem solving
as a fellow backyard engineer this is fuckin awesome bro😭

i have buddies running this same setup helping with everything no matter what you do stock ecu is going to be bitch

Do you have a video on how to do the butterfly delete?
Hey I can help you
Careful with your catch can make sure there’s vaccum or venting to atmosphere
my catch can pull vacuum from the turbo intake
i know it doesn’t look like it in the video but the 2 ports go to my vc and a 3rd hose going to intake
Bro got a perfect sututu with stock ecu😭
it’s not safe how it is right now i’m going emu black
Can you make a video on disabling vsc and how you sodered the wires to the switch
i will but one other has a video on youtube it’s not hard at all but i’ll do it when i get the time
How much boost? And any mods to wiring? In the process of doing this

What fpr did you get?
