- I can't believe it took me this long to find this... it was worth it though.
This game is so fun and there is still so many mods to explore before the second game comes out and then I can grind once again!

For everyone wondering what mods DF uses, I went and got most of them for my own game. They're all on Nexus.

Honestly didn’t think I’d be too fond of this game, but the more I look at it the more intrigued I am, and the cuter the slimes get. It’s a little terrifying

When you throw a slime into the ocean, they don’t die, just reappear somewhere else it’s like a warp (it’s cannon)

I don't really like this game but some how when you play it is so entertaining
that's almost every game he plays. I don't enjoy auto clickers and yet I enjoy watching him play them but truth be told this was a well needed change from his usual content.
Can I ask, genuinely, why don't you like the game?
@@singleplayercontent8659 it's a good game it's just that there is very little available for creativity, I enjoy games that let me create and to be clear this is a very well polished and fun game (for the right persons) but for me I find it very formulaic. You must understand I am nearly 40 years old and have been gaming for almost that long so games that just have "step 1,2,3" so to speak are just old hat at this point. These sorts of games give 'newer' gamers a sense of accomplishment when they unlock the next area, capture the next slime, buy the next gizmo and so on but for me I'm just don't get that feeling like I use to from these sorts of games.

this game is cute for one playthrough, but once you know the tricks (and ESPECIALLY once its modded for QOL stuff or even to add new slimes) it becomes super super easy to reach the end area and then suddenly you have all the rarest slimes and its boring. Makes for decent content creation tho, will be looking to see if DF plays number 2 coming out soon

Did you know that the oceans of slime rancher are actually made of slime. The wiki also states that if a slime is to enter the slime sea that it vanishes temporarily but it doesn’t die as they are seen returning back to land happy as ever.
50 seconds in and DF is launching gold slimes into water. I'm very intrigued now.

I think he only has one mod its just lets him grab 50 plorts all at once and sell them all at once
@@Eatingcocks he also has one that lets him pick up slimes he can't normally pick up like the gold slime, and adds different slimes like the sapphire slime, and one that lets him sell slimes directly

Base game you can get an upgrade to push slimes away. I found you can use it to punt a largo into low orbit. Vacuum release push.
how long does it take to fall and can a pink largo damage you if it falls on you?
@@NoahGooder long enough for it to be the neighbors problem if you don't just clear it over the whole map. And it's probably not gonna hurt you if it lands on you.

hey so a little cheat mod that exist is the blank slimes one, if you use them and feed them plorts they turn into the slime you need, or if you feed one blank slime plort to a regular slime it turns into a largo

It seems like Garnet slimes spawn with Mozaic, sapphire Slimes spawn with rock slimes and lucky slimes spawn with the cat slimes.

Hey DF just letting you know, every slime (except largos) have a favourite food, if you feed them their favourite food they make two plorts instead of one!
Largos have favorites, they have 2 unless u use slimes without them like pink slimes
