    Thanks for posting this. I started mind mapping after picking up Think like da Vinci and got out of the habit. Using for daily schedule, my digital marketing company, and a new creative project. So useful.

      You know Joseph, this is super uncanny but we *just* talked about Think Like Da Vinci this morning during Mind Map Nation's office hours...like literally an hour ago. One of our members was also inspired to mind map after reading the book. I never knew Da Vinci was a mind mapper too! Super cool. Yeah I literally use maps for everything and have stacks of notebooks over the years just full of drawings (scribbles of a madman if you didn't know any better ;). Thank you for dropping by my friend!

    I loveeee this video. I've been reaearching how to use mind maps and am usually a visual learner. So seeing someone use a mind map in real time is super helpful for me to start utilizing in my Salesforce exam preperation.

    This is great stuff Sheng! Another great feature in mind mapping software is using icons/markers within the mind maps to identify certain key information, like a red flag to signal "review this later" or a Key symbol for "Key Concept" - little visual signals that can help you when you come to review your notes later on. Keep up the awesome work!

    question: How do you teach mind map for younger learners?

    • @ShengHuang
      @ShengHuang  Год назад

      Teaching mind mapping to young learners can be a delightful journey. I often begin with colorful drawings and relatable stories, illustrating how ideas connect like branches on a tree. Encouraging their creativity and letting them choose topics sparks their interest, and as they grow, I introduce structured techniques, turning their playful exploration into a valuable skill for lifelong learning.

      @@ShengHuang @ShengHuang aah, i understand, so the foundation of mind mapping is being develop, connecting ideas in playful method. So forget about the structure for now and let them write, draw, and connecting ideas. Your analogy is helpful and i think analogy helps a lot with kids too. Thank you.

    • @ShengHuang
      @ShengHuang  Год назад +1

      @@ali-25yearsold Yes. After all, kids learn so quickly for that reason. Play and interest are big factors for concentration. As adults we tend to forget that and learning become tedious and stressful. The key is to discover what areas of learning is fun for you. Next see how it can be useful for you to create wealth, wisdom and happiness.

      Hmm I'm not sure if I follow my friend. Please feel free to elaborate, but I agree that you don't need to be smart to be rich, and "smart" comes in many forms. The art of living is about figuring out what kind of "smart" you are, and what your own definition of "rich" is.
