Aargh, now! Your sweet maiden, and wife, ( at 0:18) has the look of a sweet Angel...with just enough determination to keep ya in line!
Thanks for the heads-up about this one, Jed. Faster than I am used to, but I LOVE it! Well-done, all. Paul always does such a fine job of producing, too.
ATB,

Ar an taobh eile amhrán iontach gaelach
great stuff Jed !!! can't wait to listen to the new album
Jed....I love this version!
Excellent version.
copyright and You Tube have banned the use of the most wonderful Van Morrison version.
Good-- but much prefer the 3/4 versions of this.
no offence but you start of badly i think
Great version of one of my favorite songs!!
Thanks for posting this.
I'm just the opposite. LOL I love the 4/4 versions, whether jigs or shottisches. This is a great, very upbeat interpretation. Love it!
drinks on me ;)
Very poor version of the song and very poor pronunciation. It is Banbridge, not Bainbridge. It is McCann, not McGann. The chieftains and Van Morrison's version is by far the best - a true Irish rendition.
