after i updated bios the touchpad stopped working, but I followed your steps in bios setting and change it from advanced to basic it fixed the problem , thanks man , you are amazing .

Sorry I didn't work on my laptop. After downloading the drivers (including the serial one), I pressed F2, but in the list, I couldn't find Touchpad icon so I couldn't choose Basic or Advanced. Could you advise. Many thanks. :)
