You know I look at you in your videos and all I see is a pic of vitality, health, vibrancy. And yes, I am sure the factor of youth is helping but from all the other nutritionists, you are so down to earth, you enjoy your life and your food, your fam and all that goes with it / there is no food restriction, no silly rules or just categorising food by protein fats and carbs. So all in all, you have most certainly given me a new lease on my food consumption and how I look at food and eat So am looking forward to many more videos and wish you the happiest of 2024!
I'd love for you to compile your recipe and meal ideas - you always inspire me and I love to eat the way you do, but I don't always think of what I can make until I watch one of your videos. ❤
As i’ve gotten older 64 and proud of it! I hate the fast life style i stopped DOING IT! Since I lost my husband to cancer, had 3 major operations, and my parents are also gone I realized that money is important to live but I had to stop worrying about SO MUCH! I live very simple now, on very little money about 30k us money my joy is my animals 2 cats 1 dog! I wish i had funds to travel Italy and Paris are in my bucket list!
We would love this! So at the end of your recipe just put in the footnotes how you would change it up. That way we can have an idea of how we can make it different each time. Would absolutely love to purchase this recipe book if you make it. All of those Foods look so delicious.
What a great compilation Lucie, thank you for sharing your 2023 highlights! Yes to a ‘what I eat in a day/recipe book/meal inspiration’, whatever you wanna call it! I enjoy your family meals, you sharing your meals, your mom sharing her meals (as I am 54!) I definitely get stuck in a rut, eating the same things. I would love a monthly, quarterly, or semi annual book review! The only book, I read from your list was Viola Davis’s, and it was a tough read for me, very sad and made me love her even more. I cook the red lentil dahl but sometimes add a tin of chopped toms. Also i add spinach and mashed sweet pots to my veg lasagne. Thanks for all your hard work this year and i look forward to your entertaining vlogs in 2024.
I’m a very good cook and we change things up all the time yes make us a small cookbook tooooo much is overwhelming just some great recipes like two weeks worth!

No IN sports, only IL. lol. I'm a newer subscriber so that's why I'm commenging in August on this video, but do you have a Goodreads account? I think it'd be interesting to follow you, as it seems we read a lot of the same books.
