This is a really nice video that totally normalises snacking for me. I really appreciate that you reframe snacking in a “grazing” sense to more of a purposeful, re-energising thing to do for yourself. Also, lovely snack ideas!
I really love how you put tomato sauce/puree in your baguette sandwich to give it a fresher taste. I never thought of that especially when I run outta tomatoes. Great tip! Genius gotta try it!
I always struggle with knowing if it’s “okay” to snack- this video was so helpful, showing that you often snack (or at least did the week of this video :) Also I loved the idea of making the snack more balanced, and sitting down to stop and actually enjoy it. 🌟
Thank you for this video :) I find it easiest to be intuitive with eating when it comes to snacks. I appreciate that you as a nutritionist are normalising and not demonising having occasional processed snacks. My go-to processed chocolate snacks if I am wanting them are the Kinder Happy Hippos- if I am going to have them I normally pair them with a yoghurt or fruit to balance things out nutrition-wise!
Read what you like! Easier said than done but it’s true. I wasn’t much of a reader myself until my friend lend me her books and now I’ve read over 10 books. Just know what you like.
I need to include this in a video!! I love reading so much but I think you need to start with books that are super fast-paced and engaging to start building the habit
My favorite snack at the moment is oatly oatgurt with frozen berries + some protein powder/powdered nut butter/crumbled biscoff. The frozen fruits turn the yogurt into a frozen yogurt/soft-serve consistency.
Hey Lucie! Since you mentioned lunch boxes while eating apple slices, I wonder if you could do a video on school lunches! I know that school lunches in France are a lot more structured and I'm curious about the differences!
Thank you for the snack ideas ❤ this is a bit off topic, but could you do a video on french fashion brands you like? Or what brands are popular in french among young adult females? I like your style 😊 And that pear ice cream looks good.
these are all super practical, super delicious, super healthful snack ideas. But where are the LU Petit Ecolier cookies with the chocolate covered shortbread and a picture of a prince on the front! every French person must "Prendre Le Gouter" with this prince!
Hey Lucie. Is there a possibility for you to make a video about the importance of snacking or grazing? I only ask because there are times where I feel hungry and want to eat something but for the sake of waiting until lunch or dinner (aka when that time comes) or why wait to eat something small when you can wait and get a full meal later is still engraved in my brain. I recall seeing a video called “Why Japanese People Are So Thin,” and in the video they mention how the Japanese don’t snack and from there I refused to snack other than my three meals. I’ve come so far from my eating disorder that I truly want to heal. Thank you.
Hi Lucie, I just saw the news about the explosion in Paris. Are you and your family safe and ok? Thinking good thoughts for you. Sending hugs and love.❤
Hi Lucie, what do you think of reduced sugar biscuits like the ones by Gerblé ? I know no biscuits are good for you, but is a reduced sugar content "less bad"? Merci :)
Cheese and crackers fav snack for me, but an interesting fact is whenever I snack being over 60, Im too full for a meal, you need way less food when yr older
The is also sunflower butter and pumpkinseed butter as an addition to tahini as a spread option. or you could make your own by grinding the seeds in a food processor
why aren't there more vegetarian creators? I really like this lifestyle in order to lower cholesterol, and it's better for the animals of course. I feel like more people would go vegetarian once they see how easy it is!

It's great that you're able to practice intuitive eating with snacks! And congrats on mixing fun treats with more balanced options!
I love that you read for fun while eating, can you give book recommendations and tips to build the habit of reading

We're all ok thank you💜
@@Edukalebylucie Awww So 😌 relieved.

You can absolutely have biscuits on occasion, and Gerblé are great! But if you enjoy other types more you can have them too :)
@@Edukalebylucie Merci beaucoup :)

Yes, a great staple! And yes, you need a little less calories as you age!
I so wish I could have nuts. They seem like a great supplement in the diet. What do you suggest for someone who is allergic to nuts?
You can have some roasted chickpeas, sunflower seeds or pumkin seeds, and when it comes to spreads you can have hummus or tahini!
@@Edukalebylucie Thank you for the wonderful suggestions.

I think so too!!
did you wash your apple? I saw the tap was still on?😂
haha yes I washed it but didn't remove the tap until after
