Omg, girls! Ive only been doing this for 2 days with a 15 pound weight on my thighs. I did 100 hip thrusts the first day and 160 hip thrusts the second. When i tell you, my booty already looks bigger🥹. I already had a bigger rump, but this made it even better. If anybody wants a bigger booty, do this.

Hai I’m barely starting to work out and I really need to especially cause I have a flat butt 😅so if I were to do these every morning how long would it take to see results
your butts will be more sculpt and lift up in about 2-3 weeks, but if you want it get bigger you need to do weights, rest in between (2-3 workouts/week) protein shake and your butt will get bigger in about 6 months.

Did this with a extra extra heavy resistance band and an 18 kg weight feeling proud that i didn't stop or take breaks loving the burn 😍💪🏻
