Hey man, I directly addressed it in this video. Audio equipment is expensive. I've order new mics. I can only do so much about background noise on the editor itself, and to make sure what I'm saying is audible, sometimes it's unbalanced. Doing my best here.
When I was a young guy laying under something that needed fixing, I was always amazed how quickly I could become so uncomfortable. I promised myself that someday I would have the perfect shop…..and I do! Heat & air, polished concrete floor, nice size TV, mini frig and a couple of comfortable chairs. What I don’t have is anything to work on nor the energy to work on stuff.
“ appropriate size tools keep you from” lost my coffee on that one😮😊😂😂😂😂, I say “do tell”, I love this channel, just pure raw honesty. Stay the course young man, thanks for update, enjoyed watching.
I'm a 70-year-old shade tree mechanic human spired me so much just put a new radiator in a 4Runner put a new window mechanism in an old Dodge truck thank you so much you're my favorite videos
I watch Wes too. But being a 'Wes' is relative. You're my 'Wes' Captn - still learning which thingy is bolted to the thingy that makes the wheel loose. It's all a journey. Some going to be ahead of you, some behind. Fewer folks ahead as you do it more and more... then you get bored and learn something else :)
Stretching brake lines lol,you are a classic funny guy . Something tells me that you should work for Polaris in the design dept ,see if you can educate them on service point locations ,instead of their Hide n seek locations ! It's great seeing you use all your multi tools, especially the hammer-axe ,and the plastic bag fits all cover 😊 The 6 ton press is a worthwhile tool addition .
If you look closely at the oil bottle you should see ASE/SEI specs. Most oil that meets the same specifications and is the same weight (10/30, 15/40) will be the same oil for all intents and purposes regardless of brand. If it has a mil. spec. number it has been qualified by the manufacturer to meet exact specifications per the U.S. military requirements. Two oils with the same mil. spec. are exactly the same. Cool stuff! Lots of (taxpayer) money was spent to make sure of this.
Well, Captain, that "user friendly for repair" issue is one of the reasons we sold ours of that make. Good choice on getting the press, since the "hammer" method of installing lug studs doesn't work well when both the hubs and studs are apparently made of "pot metal." But once again, (at least on video) you exhibit a level of composure in frustrating circumstances that I can only envy. (Or at least, you had the kids nearby, or did very clever editing to avoid showing tools and parts being thrown into the woods.) Thanks for the video, take care.
Yep. It’s always something. Smart to get the truck finished before going back to the 755. I have the same issue. Need to finish a project before starting a new one.
Hi Mike. I always watch Wes's videos. He is very knowledgeable on many subjects and he's entertaining too. Love the new press. I didn't know they made a benchtop one. I have to look into that. One thing I wanted to mention, I saw you used the jack stand later but I found out very recently, that you really can't trust a hydraulic jack. My trusty Craftsman floor jack that I think I bought while still in high school failed me last weekend. Fortunately, it was only holding the transmission up against the trans tunnel so that I could get clearance to remove the pan, and no body parts were in the way, but it leaked down after a little while and now won't support any weight at all. I guess the safety experts were right on that one!
12:58 Is that a Gerber or a Letherman multi-tool? Those were common issued tools for us Air Force Vehicle Mechanics. They were a very handy tool to have!
The best way to remember anything is to have to take it apart again when assembling something. I've had that issue many times and I call those issues as learning lessons.
The amount of work required to keep stuff nice is overwhelming. I hope you make the leap soon, that keeps you sane. You are doing an amazing job getting equipment necessary to do the job, and immediately putting them to work. Paying others is sometimes difficult but necessary. You will find the perfect balance Captain. Love the process. Cheers!
Good Morning! Great video! Awesome job done. i have a 1995 polaris atv and i use the polaris oil in it. i did some research on the oil and the polaris oil Does have some additives in it that other oils don't have. keep up the awesome work. have a Blessed and Safe day! Amen :)
Watch Wes work does some amazing repairs and builds. One thing about you is your willing to at least tackle just about any job that's pretty much half the battle. You have some good auto repair skills. I appreciate your enthusiasm, grit tenacity and especially your frankness. And oh yea sure was an awful nice video Mr. Kleeman.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Nice to see your trusty side by side getting some well deserved attention. Wishing you and your family the best.
Goodmorning Mike! Your determination and willingness to tackle whatever issue with a good attitude and humor is very motivating... no better way to start a " I'm not paying someone to do it" kinda day! Hahaha
Captain since you have the lil press now get ready to make a lot of adapters because you will find a need. When I sold auto parts we stocked the cups that went to rebuild wheel cyl's and master cyl. but I doubt many parts house's stock them now.
You should teach the Harbor Master how to help with the floor jack, I hear her voice in the background. It was great to view your seaside vacation and see other family members.
Mike you definitely are one of a kind.like the hair cut.your just continue on doing what you do best and if that is not enough Oh well.love the constant humor, your wife and kids must be constantly on guard with you.great video as always on to the next adventure.be safe 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Gosh Mike…, I would have thought you would have known about the assembly order of those new lugs…, I personally maybe would have “not” known that, maybe only 3 or 4times in my past.., doing those types of repairs…, hahaha…! Wes has a great channel, and he periodically “outs” himself about similar items overlooked. Feeling the love regarding the new “mic”…, thank you sir.
Excellent as always Mike, do you ever relax ? Mike Kleeman - extremely hard working, resourceful, competent, intuitive, highly intelligent, trustworthy, down to earth, patient, realistic, funny , very likeable, non egotistical, relatable, honest and decent, You’re inspirational Mike 👍🇺🇸🇬🇧🇺🇸🇬🇧
Mike, I like your style! Ya keep on pluggin! Run into a snag, take a deep breath to let off the pressure (steam), to let the whistle blow and then continue on! Carry on Capt'n.
Other than the engineer, has no idea how to work on anything. Those Rangers are very good machines. Your new press is perfect for the shop. Great video, Mike.
Too lazy to look through all the comments so here goes. Yeah, I suspect the brake cap access mod led to coolant leak...? Thank you for your show Cap'n., i enjoy it thoroughly.
Capt and Wes together would be a hoot. Wes's dry witty sarcasm would compliment Capt's wittyness, get er done mindset. Capt, if anything you make Wes chuckle. Capt's way may be unorthodox borderline this may kill me sketchy here and there but Capt fully aware own limitations, isnt claiming to be expert
Hi Mike, a suggestion on changing your oil. I ran into the same problem with my drain plug and switched over to a pump style of oil remover. It can work by pump or compressed air. Sure makes changing the oil a pleasure to do. Just a thought but you can use it on lots of engines. Really enjoy your videos you are always doing something interesting… John
Kleeman Khronikles kontinue.....good work on getting the Polaris back up to snuff....except right there at the end. Looking forward to seeing the truck completed and serving it's purpose. As always.....great channel, great content.
sure Wes loves a good giggle, great to see another toll in the arsenal back up and good to go, if it isn't something after that task it just won't be right, coolant
Mike, I did the same thing on a Kawasaki Mule, except I had to replace the drive shafts, too. And, the Kawasaki was old enough that it had drum brakes.
You should hit vevor up for that drill bit sharpener he had in his last video. I got one and it works fantastically. I've always been a hand sharpener but this thing is the ticket.
Hello Mike. Perhaps you did it on purpose because you knew that you still had to put brake fluid in the machine, but I noticed at 19:33 and 27:07, the gear changer was not in the same position. I think this would be a cause of the machine not starting, but you were there, and I was not. Your suspension came apart much easier, by look, than my 1992 Accord did when I made some of the same changes. Have good days!
Stopping is more important than cooling anyways. This being the internet, the wrong way is the best way to get more people to watch and comment on the video. My most viewed video is hose clamping a can of spray paint to the blade of a sawzall to shake the paint.
Nice video and with that sharp time you set replacing a complete breaking system including bearings, you should apply for that vacant job at the Ferrari Formula 1 Team! But I think you would be better of not showing your axe hammer at the job interview... You know how sometimes they can overreact... Nice video and thumbs up!
LOL, we're not doing it right, just getting it running! I've always been a "if it's worth doing it's worth doing right" kind of person. But somtimes functional is good enough. It just isn’t worth taking back apart to redo.😺
Captain Kleeman, i did notice that there was a slight rainfall when you were working on the front stearing.? i think its time to put up the new canopy that a fan sent in and is waiting to see it go up too.? 👈😒🚬👺👀👀👍
Love your videos, but for the love of god.. sort your audio issues... one minute its loud, others its so quiet...
Hey man, I directly addressed it in this video. Audio equipment is expensive. I've order new mics. I can only do so much about background noise on the editor itself, and to make sure what I'm saying is audible, sometimes it's unbalanced. Doing my best here.
We love what you do, Mike. And most of us understand that you're a one man show. Keep up the good work.
It sounds good, this guy is nuts.
I don’t know what you are or are not hearing but the video was normal
You do know that life is loud one minute and quiet the next, right? Its also not that extreme. Enjoy what is given to you for free and settle down.
When I was a young guy laying under something that needed fixing, I was always amazed how quickly I could become so uncomfortable. “We’re not getting it right fellers, we’re just getting it running.” 😂 good work Captain!
Another Kleemanism that belongs on a t-shirt
You know that Wes was smiling 😊
😂
“ appropriate size tools keep you from” lost my coffee on that one😮😊😂😂😂😂, I say “do tell”, I love this channel, just pure raw honesty. Stay the course young man, thanks for update, enjoyed watching.

Two steps forward and one step back is still progress. At least it’s still in the shop. 😊
It's always a joy to watch a master mechanic at work. Watching you, even more so! Thanks for brightening up the day, Captain 😀
I watch Wes too. But being a 'Wes' is relative. You're my 'Wes' Captn - still learning which thingy is bolted to the thingy that makes the wheel loose. It's all a journey. You hit the nail on the head when you said “Most”.
Besides he might want to make sure he doesn’t void the warranty. 😉

I have the same issue. Need to finish a project before starting a new one.
Love your videos! The last minute of this one broke my heart. I know that feeling all too well. I call my place the "Flat Tire Dead Battery Ranch."
"WE DO IT NICE, BEACUSE WE DO IT TWICE"
is my motto
You are who you are, Wes is who he is, I watch both of you and enjoy both. Just do what you do and don't worry be happy!
He’s not worried. That was sArCaSaM.
@@Crewsy no kidding
great job on the editing. I think you got your money's worth on those bearings. Good for another 12 years.

The engineer designed that master cylinder reservoir backwards to begin with and you corrected his mistake. It works.
Captain - enjoy your videos - you have setbacks just like me - thanks for taking us along.
12:58 Is that a Gerber or a Letherman multi-tool? Those were common issued tools for us Air Force Vehicle Mechanics. They were a very handy tool to have!
1 Crisis at a Time ..... Definitely should be the next T-shirt you release......... 😮
Seems Mr. Vevor is chief of naval operations.
Lol

For RUclips purposes. I'm glad you always use the correct tool for the job. No need to confuse people or have warning, don't do this labels.
i am sure Wes will get a good laugh at your mechanical technique, great video Mike you always make me smile 👍👍👍👍👍
That wheel bearing is what you might call a “free radical”. When it breaks free, stuffs about to get real radical. 😂😂
I've got to do the same job on my Gator. Thanks for showing that it's going to be a pain in the ass!
Good Morning! Great video! Awesome job done. i have a 1995 polaris atv and i use the polaris oil in it. i did some research on the oil and the polaris oil Does have some additives in it that other oils don't have. keep up the awesome work. have a Blessed and Safe day! Amen :)
Hey Cap!!! I'm dieing here!! Don't leave us hanging, what is leaking?!?!?! I know, tune in to find out 😂
Awesome video. You got the 4 wheeler running again. Wess would be proud 😊 As always, you put a smile on my face. Thank you for sharing!😊

Good that you are fixing the machines you wear out,,,,and get a handle for that box cutter blade.
Captain since you have the lil press now get ready to make a lot of adapters because you will find a need. When I sold auto parts we stocked the cups that went to rebuild wheel cyl's and master cyl. but I doubt many parts house's stock them now.

Other than the engineer, has no idea how to work on anything. Those Rangers are very good machines. Your new press is perfect for the shop. Great video, Mike.
Kleeman, you are a hoot, love your quips and watching you work. By the way, your audio is good.
At least you don’t have a tow bill😂😂 You got your money’s worth out of the parts!! Great show Captain!!🤗🇺🇸
Hi Mike & it's is Randy and i like yours video is Cool & Thanks Mike & Friends Randy
It'll be fine just keep adding to it!! 😎😎😎
Well that was definitely needed. You didn’t waist your allotted maintenance time and funds here !!
To find the oil filter you’ve got to reach down to the most inaccessible spot and that’s where you will find it. 😂
Great job there Captain 🖖👍🚢
i love seeing the multi-tool, it makes my use of one more legitimate!
I bought the big brother of that press when I was rebuilding my transmission. It's not the best, but it does the job.
Too lazy to look through all the comments so here goes. Yeah, I suspect the brake cap access mod led to coolant leak...? Thank you for your show Cap'n., i enjoy it thoroughly.

It's not wrong if it works.🤙
sure Wes loves a good giggle, great to see another toll in the arsenal back up and good to go, if it isn't something after that task it just won't be right, coolant
Yes, another video to start my day!!!! 😊
Again I wasn’t notified of any videos from you , just found it by scrolling through RUclips
Great video!👍
Looking good Cap!!!
👍🇺🇸
I felt that coolant leak at the end. It just never ends.
Change the jack, put a 60 ton in there, cant beat that. 60 ton press.
Man, now that's real life! (coolant leak) Sorry buddy but it does keep the content coming. lol
The struggle is real. Love your videos
Mike, I did the same thing on a Kawasaki Mule, except I had to replace the drive shafts, too. And, the Kawasaki was old enough that it had drum brakes.
When you have your mic on your shirt it doesn't sound right. Love video
You should hit vevor up for that drill bit sharpener he had in his last video. I got one and it works fantastically. I've always been a hand sharpener but this thing is the ticket.
That press seemed like it done pretty good. Thanks for the video
Good morning sunshine! Your right! One crisis at a time! Lol! Awesome video! Sound is fine! Much love and respect from Henderson Ga USA
You might be getting too fancy for me to keep watching.... a new oil cap? Who has that kind of money laying around?
Lol 😂😂😂😂😂
ole wondering dog, was threre to help test brakes. now you have to give him extra food to show that you love him
You'd be a great neighbor!
Love your videos. Thanks for sharing.
Great job great video thanks Mike
Love your attitude - It's just fine!
Good Morning Captain! 🙋🏼🙋🏼🙋🏼
Captain,
Your Ranger video was better than DP’s, but I hope you don’t decide to drop a Jeep from the ceiling…..lol
Stay Safe Brother!!!
Gotta love the ending... classic kleeman😂
I can just mentally hear you saying - "I meant to do that" on some of these zingers (example @13:39). LOL. Love the vids Capt and keep on keeping on!
Wes would be proud (sorta) 😉
Good morning Mike!
Nice thanks for sharing

travelling the world smell is real thing
The thin plastic vinyl shell on the box is the only thing holding it together
Wes does not have a RUclips yacht so he has that going for him. If he does watch, he surely enjoys the effort.
RIP the dump truck build in the background. It was enjoyable while it lasted
Good job Captain.

wow you were like an assembly line on second one
