I teach kindergarten And many of my teacher friends who are more inclined to do mindfulness or personal growth work are now passing it on to our classes. My class alone has a sad chair where are you can go and sit in to process as well as class times where we all just listen to our heart and what it’s trying to tell us. It’s so great as I learn all these things in my fifth decade of life that I can pass it on to these brand new humans so they can be more aligned earlier💕

Made me cry hard when Sarah talked about a child reaching out to be held and no one did. 😢😢. That was me. I held my little girl and talked to her. Thank you for this. Very healing!❤❤

Oh my gosh that was so good.
I love the interaction between you two.
Mark I love that you were so excited to learn and asked great questions that really resonated from a place of newness, which is likely where most of your listeners will be when finding Sarah’s work.
Sarah I’ve shared your IG and a couple of videos with a few friends so far and have been binge watching all your reels.
Thank you for explaining something so complex in such an easy to understand way.
This is life changing information for me. ❤❤

I have come across poly vAgal theory before and I love your contribution very much.
The pictures and examples are so relatable and sarah helps me look more positive and playful on the system, that I tend to blame for so much stuckness, pain and hardship. I am am very thankful for this approach, to stop fighting will allow more healing.
    Thank you, both of you🙏🙏😊
