I have so many questions about your hair settings, your texturing methods… just wow, this was incredible!
Pro people never work this way, you need skeleton first, uv mapping is automated process, you just get flat images for Photoshop.

32:08 Левый глаз палит!! Правый, который на свету - идеален. А левый, который в тени: у него левое веко как будно "провисает". И "недостаточно глазной жидкости", по сравнению с правым. У девушки такого возраста и с такой кожей, такой момент "жирной линией" подчеркивает что перед нами не реальный человек, а 3d модель. Правый глаз на свету - идеален, а левый, который в тени - "как искусственный".
Под нижними веками естественных складок бы добавить. Морщинок. И впадину под веками поглубже сделать. Чтобы размеры глазного яблока побольше были видны.
