  • Damn. This video was so much fun to film because I had an incredible to machine to ride. This was by far my favorite video to both film, and edit.
    Thank you to all of my subscribers. As the channel grows more and more, I think about the future. I'm excited to see where it ends up going, but right now I'm really happy with the direction. Make sure to stick around until the end of the video to read about a chance to be in a video!
    I use only copyright free music! The track playing in this video is from ‪@F8Entertainment‬ . Shoutout to that channel for creating a banger of a track for anyone to use.
    The rider in the video is not me. It is a professional stuntman. I only provide voicing for the videos.
    If you see this, comment "z900 go brrr, brrrRRRRR, BRRRRRRRRRRRRR"

    Have a '22 black and blue Z900. I commend everything on this bike, except the oem tires. Anyone that says this bike is boring or no character is full of it. It pulls hard, handles great and stops well, even if they're not Brembos. Most liter bikes, including the MT 10 have 44mm throttle bodies. The Z has 36's. For being at a disadvantage in the fuel delivery dept., it still goes like stink.There's a YT channel named FULLGASS and I've seen Z900's take on MT09's, 10's, finally lost to a 1290 KTM. I'm not saying it's the fastest bike out there, but for what it is,it does well.

    I'm really looking at getting a 23 Z900 SE. Do you guys think it's alright for me to go from a 22 KLX 300SM to the Z900? I'm a fast learner, but I also dont want to make a super big jump if it's going to be too much for me. Any thoughts?

    • @Omni_Moto
      @Omni_Moto  2 года назад +5

      I run into this question frequently on the sales floor, so yes, I have a couple of thoughts on this!
      That jump is doable, but you have to understand the engine is completely different in terms of power delivery, so it will behave different than what you are used to. The best way to become comfortable with the bike is to gradually work through the selectable ride modes (rain ---> road ----> sport). This will provide you with a nice learning opportunity as you discover the capabilities of the Z900. It is an incredible motorcycle, and the SE is well worth the money for the upgrades it gets.
      Go sit on one. That's a huge thing to do when buying a bike, because it creates immediate connection, familiarity, and confidence from day 1. Once you go out and test ride it, put it through the paces, and observe its outputs based on your inputs.
      It looks intimidating, but the bike inspires confidence because of its excellent suspension, brakes, ride modes, ABS, and traction control. All of these rider aids tie together to create a beautiful masterpiece of a motorcycle.
      Respect it, and it will treat you well.
      Hope this helps. Thanks for the comment, and ride safe. 😎

      I cant remember if you said you own the bike in your video or not since I've watched hundreds of videos on the Z900, but did you happen to get a mpg reading? I'm going to be using it to commute to work a lot and I have like a 40 mile trip just one way and I was curious on gas milage and everyone rides differently and I have been seeing different readings. I’m a Yamaha fan boy myself and I love the way the MT bikes are set up, but I’ve never had the privilege of riding an MT-09 so I can’t speak from experience. At a glance, and based off of the MT-07 I owned and the MT-10 I currently own, I think I’d opt for the MT-09 over the Z900. It’s very dependent on what you’re after though. The MT-09 will have more grunt off the line and incredible midrange power with decent top end. The Z900 had awesome midrange and the top end was stellar. I don’t think you can go wrong with either one, but the MT-09 would be my preferred choice just because of my familiarity with the MT line. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
