    I never commented before on RUclips, but I thought this time I just had to share this. Purchasing rings was the best purchase of this year for me. I used to go the gym for 1 year but during the lockdown I wanted an alternative with the closed gyms. I bought a set of wooden rings to keep training. From the first day I loved training with rings. It's the most challenging way of training I ever experienced. I couldn't do more than 3 ring dips the first time even after going the gym for a while. I was motivated to progress and I managed to make some real progress. Made more gains with the rings than with the gym and still having fun with it after 6 months.     I hate hearing people say you dont have the money. Like do you have a job? If not then go get one. You will a lot happier being able to buy the stuff you need or want And supporting yourself is a good achievement. Im 17. Pay for my own car, gas, bought my own phone and keep service on it monthly. While also buying a pull up bar. Rings. Resistance bands. Jump rope. New workout clothes and etc. and while working i was able to graduate at 16 with honors now im off to college. Dont just grind while working out. Grind everyday of ur life

    Built a ring frame with scaffolding tubes, no adjusting buckle anymore , just move the rings to desired position using ropes best workout ever

    I really hope to win these rings because ive been doing calistentics for about 6 months now and im at the point where I need some next level equipment and I do not have a pullupbar or any way to get to one because i live way out in the country.     Hi! I’ve been watching your guys videos for a while and they are really helpful. I’m only 14 and I’ve been interested in calisthenics for a while. I can already do a decent handstand and I was wondering what are some other good skills to learn that don’t require a ton of strength?

      Awesome to hear man! You could try to learn Handstand to L-sit or L-sit to handstand. it doesn't require a ton of strength and its fun to learn 💪💪💪

    I started exploring training with rings recently but the rings at workout park I train are homemade so quite large and even more unstable than normal rings, so it would be great to have a set of my own rings that I could use to gain serious strength and muscles and cant be stopped even if the workout park will close because of this situation

    Before starting the progressions I was underestimating the difficulty of the ring dips, but not for the reason one would assume. The pulling and pushing strength is there I think, but the false grip is certainly not. I'm trying to get a decent false grip on rings, training holds at the end of each workout. Sometimes it feels like I'd be more pleasant to amputate my forearms at the end of the session :) Then mysteriously after 10 minutes everything is back to normal. I already have a pair of rings obviously.

    Do I do the whole routine with one set of each exercise and then a second and third time or do I focus on each exercise three times before going on to the next?

      You can do it either way! If you want to keep it more interesting, do each exercise after each other and repeat the rounds 💪💪
