Hey Scott, Was wondering how your progress has been since starting this treatment? Also, about how many times per week or day do you use the dermaroller? Not sure what the frequency of usage should be... Thanks, Tamir
Hi Tamir, if you just go ahead and click on my channel icon right beside my name scott nali then it will load all the videos including the 9 month and 1 year progress videos. Also on this video at the 6:05 mark I mention that I do the derma roller once a week and then go on to describe what I do daily. Hope that helps!
i am using the Hairmetto to help with DHT and the derma roller to help with circulation and delivery of the Hairmetto into the skin. So I believe the derma roller would help a bit, specifically circulation but not with DHT.

I am really facinated with dermaroller. Just found out about it and received mine today. Now I am watching video tutorials and it's amazing for what kind of stuff people are using it.
I started balding at 26. I was relieved as I just saved myself thousands on hair cuts and products. Never understood men who want thin, whispy hair and combover. Nothing scream insecurity louder.
@@danielerubado32 Bald is beautiful if you don't mind being bald, but if you're balding & doing something effective to regrow your hair, i applaud the effort as well !
Nice, that exactly what I wanted, a good and precise tutorial with the dermaroller from someone for whom it worked very well! I just received my dermaroller this afternoon. (thumb up!)
Derrick from the “More plates more dates” RUclips channel uses a tool similar to a tattooing needle and said he got better results using it compared to the roller because with his tool the needle goes straight in and out of the scalp whereas the roller goes in/out at an angle. Also his scalp was bright red with light bleeding showing immediately after the procedure but the results he obtained from the method was very very good. Im not bald “yet” but I’m 42 years old and starting to notice signs of thinning along the front and accidentally came across these alternative methods to hair transplants on RUclips. The results are definitely apparent from this video as well as others so thank you for the info!
Did he use a derma stamp? I just got one (for beard growth) and you can adjust it all the way to 3mm 😬 however, it is FAR less painful than the roller. Literally just used it so I can’t comment as to its efficacy.
@@waveexistence3512 he uses the derminator 2. It's an electric device with adjustable depth similar to what is used in a clinic. The benefit of it over the stamp style is time savings.
@@69nites thank you for the reply. I've noticed fairly decent growth over the past several months but i’d imagine it would be more if I had been using the derminator 2 because I'll get lazy with manually stamping over and over.
@@waveexistence3512 yeah, to me it was worth it. I can get what would take me 15-20 minutes done in 2 minutes. The time it saves in my life is well worth the investment.
I am starting this exact routine (plus minoxidil) today! I will edit this post in 6-8 months with my results. Please upvote so all can see! EDIT: 9-month update. I have been dermarolling once a week and using minoxidil twice a day for 9 months. I also started taking 1mg finasteride once a day around 1 month ago. I am very fortunate to report significant hair regrowth with no side effects (thus far). I will update again in another 6 months. Just a side note: everybody (myself included) seems to overwhelmingly focus on potential negative side effects, but neglects the massive boost of confidence that comes from successful hair regrowth. Don’t let fear cloud your decision-making. EDIT: 3-year update. It has all grown back plus interest. Zero sides. In my situation, it was worth it. Best of luck to everyone facing a similar situation.
Thank you so much for your guide of derma rolling the scalp.Im 20 and has been suffering hair loss on my crown area but i totally have no idea what causes it.Ive been trying this method for approximately 3 weeks with 1.5mm dermaroller and i can see new baby hair growing on my thinning area.Althought i still keep my hair long, I parted my hair just to get pictures of my scalp and i could see the baby hair growing on new area (bald area perhaps) and they are still tiny .So the key is patience. All I do is just dermaroll my hair every once a week without any ointment or other topical treatment afterwards. Wished that i could share my pics here but will update you guys after 3 months.
Scott I really like the way you are presenting the steps. You are a professional and cover everything. Are you a teacher by a chance? Can we expect an update on the results?
for those who in doubt it really works! This dermaroller thing is just damn underrated because people just dont believe it could actually really help them.
@@humanbeing8079 simply dermaroll any other helping substances except Vitamins B, C and D... I dermaroll once a week it usually lasts 20-30 mins each session. Its going to take at least a year to see some significant results around my fading hairline area.
@@jameshusentoff2953 1.5mm its alright. Sometimes i get bloody on certain spots where i want to focus more on hair regrowth... My hairloss no longer bothers me... no more falling hair. Regrowth requires more time but its visible.
I started doing this before anyone as far as I knew, said it was a method for hair regrowth. A thought came to my mind one day, " If I cause minor irritation to the surface of skin, as a rule of how the body functions, the body must start repairing itself. If the body starts repairing itself, it must send vital repair elements into the site of repair, including a increase in blood circulation in this particular area." I got tired of feeling like a victim of numerous BS advice, so I started thinking for myself and not listening to the so-called experts. Before the micro needling combs came out, I was using a sanitized sewing needle. Micro needling definitely does work, but you have to be very patient as you won't see progress until about 6 months. I'm 1 1/2 years into consistent microneedling-2--3 times per week. I don't use any shelf-hair soaps nor bar soaps on my scalp. I discovered that they were part of the problem of clogging not only my pores on my scalp but also all over my body. I only use Ajax 100% antibacterial dish soap to wash my scalp and body with now. As an added measure while on days that I have more time, I also pour rubbing alcohol onto my cleaned scalp and then use the micro needling technique to work the solution into the pores of the scalp to help dissolve things that clog the hair follicle. After 1 1/2 years I reopened closed hair follicles and have had a lot of hair growth. I'm on pace at this rate, to experience near full coverage of my scalp again at the top part of the crown. As a rule of thumb, I use the micro needle on every area of my scalp just to prevent extra work later on from unexpected areas loosing hair. If you're consistent, you will gain a good return for the time and effort that you've invested. I recommend while anyone is waiting for their hair to grow back while using this method, to use hair-building-fibers to cover the bald spot. They work and you cannot tell them apart from one's own hair. My wife had taken a few photos outside in the light in a candid way while we were out on vacation up in the mountains. You cannot tell that the hair building fibers are fake. They blend into my hair seamlessly and hide the bald spot even in windy and rainy conditions.
You pour the alcohol on your head and then micro needle it while your head is wet with alcohol to work it into the scalp? Is that the "solution" that you're referring to?
Oh man! I put Ajax scouring powder on my head! The one with bleach! Seriously. My reading haste was to blame. I did this for 6 weeks! Man! Did the alcohol burn. I am happy to report I have more hair, but I am now a bleach blonde. BTW, I'm African-American

You should look how Male pattern baldness and lack of blood circulation has do with gut bacteria and digestion. Fixing you’re microbiome with a high quality priobiotic will help return gut bacteria back to normal state. It will return hair back to growing stage and make hair thicker and improve blood flow to the head breaking down fibrosis in the scalp.
This is for the external treatment of hair loss. It’s worth considering the internal treatment for hair loss. Such as foods high in Omega-3, and Zinc (Chelate), Shellfish, Nutritional Yeast, Cruciferous Vegetables, plus 7-8 hrs sleep per day, and regular (walks) low stress exercise. Will reduce the hormone DHT, responsible for hair loss.
Congrats on your success! I just noticed thinning on the corners of my forehead, and I’m glad to learn that I have natural, cost-effective methods that I can use *at home* to possible slow, stop, or even reverse the process of thinning/balding. My wife told me that she loves me no matter what happens to my hair, but I’m going to give this a shot (along with saw palmetto pills, Rogaine, Nizoral, and RU58841). I’m not going down without a fight. I hope that catching it as early as I did will play a role in helping, as well.
Hi Scott, you good, I am first time viewer. I also have a Dermaroller Micro-needling 0.50. 192 micro -needling. Yes I agree it took some time to get used to this. Hi, Your videos are quite educating and I wish to compliment you on this. I used your method as a starting point some 2 weeks ago since I was using a micro-needling pen for quite a while before. During these two weeks, I progressed a lot as I understood more in terms of moisture (humidity) and oiliness of the affected scalp area which are determining facts in hair restoration. Also about the oils you`ve chosen to work with, which according to my intuition are not formulated to work the way you apply them. Also, the producer would not know to formulate them in order to work with the micro needling roller you use. So, thanking you for your videos, I would advise you to postpone the application of the oil till no sooner than 12hours (since you do the oil treatment daily and you would not wish to stop doing this, meaning to stop the application of the topical oil the day you do micro-needling, which would be ideal). That would bring you more positive results on hair growth as the balance of the moisture/oiliness of the scalp would be better protected (I suffer from multiple possible causing a much slower, but more resistant to treatments form of alopecia: 1986 radioactive rain, 1988 hot water scalp burn with massive hair loss in about 1 to 2 weeks after - but it came back after some time, when I reached 25y having the Jean M. Jarre type of curled long hair up to 35y -, an unbalanced scalp - oily even after washing with dedicated shampoos -, an inflammatory process from a severe hyper-viral disease, cured now but with genetic and immune modifications as the antibodies that exist in the body may act in a similar way with the DHT arrest of the hair follicle`s nutrition - and probable androgenic alopecia but with no inheritance from ancestors, just from personal hormonal causes). I also formulated an oil (for the above causes) that would make possible to be applied in the morning after washing and to remain less noticeable (as if would be a foam that is 80% absorbed in the skin) and would seem like watery perspiration of the scalp during 24hours till the next washing time. I think this would have a powerful regenerating property for my hair and it is formulated to be beneficial with micro-needling. That`s why I deduced that in your case (you, micro needling and the oils compatible for your use) there is something not going as best as should be, and this is the timeframe in the relation: micro needling + oil application). Yours, John
I hear, that .25 microneedling is good for allowing topical growth oils for penetrating the scalp and cal be used every other day or every 2 days depending on if you can stand the pain, but .50 dermaroller is good for triggering better hair regrowth because it reaches the dermis where the bottom of the follicle sit but only needs to be used at best once a week or once every 3 weeks. Need to wait a couple of hours when using a .50 or longer needle. What length needle do you use? I just started using the natural hair growth oils last tuesday, and I started using the dermaroller (.25) on saturday, today is my 2nd time using the .25 along with the growth oils. I have another oil I use for after microneedling. Its been day 6 days (progress) since using the oils. Im not full george Jefferson but I have a crooked hairline and the crown is thin. They say for better results, using a long (.5 to 1mm) dermaroller once every 1-3 weeks and short (under .50) dermaroller. When I use the .25 dermaroller, I wait a cpl of minutes before putting the oils on my scalp. Which dermaroller is better useful (to reach the dermis) to use once every 1-3 weeks? A .50 to 1mm
I tell you, Today in the world, The only working thing against baldness: 3 things combined: Finasteride + Dermaroller + Minoxidil 5%. thats it. After that, if you find necessery, you can thick the new born hair by using vitamins for hair and Coconut oil on scalp. Also, laser light hats helps stimulate the hair bulb in some cases but nothing too much, but still something, that one only if you want every single percentage of possible help. PRP is proven to dont have results alone, but combined can also have some boost as well. Thats it! dont believe other BS, that is the only way today, but some companies specially on japan are working hard on hair growth. Companies like Shiseido and others. So ill keep you posted if we got anything new.
I used to use derma-rollers + Minox, and it did seem to help a bit. But they would eventually break, and get caught in the hairs (yanking some out) and get dirty (never tried boiling water to clean, but that would mean boiling water). I stopped doing that when the last one broke, and went to just Retin A + minox. Very bad idea, lost anything gained in the interim. But the Indian study is just so encouraging, so I thought "do it myself". I taped a knitting needle to a mini screw-driver, and now have a single pin 'derma stamp'. Poke, poke, poke, for a couple minutes, and then Minox. Results have exceeded expectations. I think the increased depth from a straight-down insertion is the difference. Plus, since I'm hitting different areas each session, I can do this every day (derma-rolling would leave the entire vertex area sore, so really could not do it more than 2x or 3x a week). I can actually put the palm of my hand on the top of my head and not feel any bare scalp. I'm at about the 4 month point, so maybe no further results, but if I can maintain what has happened I'll be very happy.
Hi everybody, you can check out my 2 yr results video just uploaded. And thanks for all the feedback you have given! I believe most questions have been answered in the comments below or in the video. The answer the most common question: I am using a 0.5 mm derma roller once a week.
Hi, im not balding but want to improve blood circulation in scalp, can is start with a 0.25mm and build to a 0.5mm and how often should I be derma rolling?
Great work Scott, and great results. I am working on my own head as well and am seeing good results so far. As you say, it is a maze and I am slowly navigating through all the various "scientifically validated" choices. My thought is that you must hit it in every way possible. Until now, I have been massaging my scalp and using coconut oil with a few drops of peppermint and rosemary oils. As of recently, I've started using the same wash recipe you mention. The wash has made a very noticeable difference. A clean and healthy scalp will definitely hasten the process. One thing you have not mentioned is diet. I believe that broccoli and green tea (and other foods, I am sure) help with the critical issues of DHT blocking and Prostaglandin 2. So I sip green tea in the evening and drink an odd brew of broccoli shake with pineapple and other assorted ingredients in the morning. I am looking forward to getting my new dermaroller later this week and seeing continued improvement. It takes work and it probably won't happen for people who are not both disciplined and patient.
Is everyone listening? Listen to what Davis says: WORK + DISCIPLINE + PATIENCE. You have to really want this if you want to do it drug-free, and you need these 3 things. Thanks also for the diet point, that is indeed part of this package and will be the topic of an upcoming video. Thanks again for sharing!
@@scottnali Hi Scott. Quick update. I have added a few things to my regimen and changed a few, too. The dermaroller seems like an indispensable part of the program. I bought pumpkin seed oil and take a little every day and also sleep with it on my scalp using a shower cap whenever I can. Not terribly expensive and I noticed later that it is one of the 3 ingredients in Hair Metto. Also, and this is a bit odd even for me who is used to trying new things, I am drinking 1 tsp of diatomaceous earth regularly. It is said to be good for hair, skin, and nail health. Using bentonite clay masks on scalp sometimes as well. Fast and fabulous results, though I can not really pinpoint which items are contributing the most. I only know the entire process has speeded up significantly now. Thanks again.
I also heard do exercise like headstand or keep head upside so blood circulation goes more to scalp. We lay flat when sleeping and walk standing. So hair is still present on sides but not top scalp.

Therefore, knowing where you purchased those products is of much importance. I thank you very much in advance for any information you can provide. Thank you so very much! All the very best!

Thanks for this video, I’m going to start dermarolling with easential oils only, no drugs or minoxidil. I think SMP would suit you a lot actually! You have a long/tall headshape and low bodyfat (in your face and cheeks), which generally often even looks good bald unlike a baby face. More facial hair and/or eyebrow hair growth would look even cooler when bald!
Thanks for the video :) I have been recently fighting my hair loss (26 years old and norwood 1-2 - only really receeding on the temples so far). I have started changes with my hair regimen as follows: -Stopped washing my hair everyday with shampoo full of bad ingredients (sulfates etc.) -But cold showers every day without any shampoo except on monday and thursday (sometimes friday) where I use a keto shampoo without bad ingredients -Using minoxidil foam and gently massaging it in twice a day (though I feel like I'm still losing too much hair while doing the process. Usually I'll lose 20-30 hairs on this alone). I have only been applying it to the crown and especially the temples and one spot in the back of my head. -Dermarolling with 0.25mm every 2-3 days and then gently massaging the scalp with a beard oil that I had still at home (it's a blend of argan oil, flower seed oil, and generally good ingredients) What I have noticed so far is, that my scalp has immensely decreased in itching and improved in overall health condition (finally feels like there is correct blood circulation). But unfortuantely I have also noticed drastically increased shedding just within the FIRST week of all these changes. So I have some questions, that maybe you or someone else with experience could answer: 1) Is this regimen good or should I switch anything? 2) Is the shedding a good sign, or also a sign that I might not be handling anything well? 3) Also should I stop applying it to my whole crown to save some minoxidil and also don't ruin any hair that was "still good"? 4) When I'm doing my morning routine with minoxidil foam, when exactly should I add the dermarolling? So far I have been showering, then applying foam on slightly wet hair and scalp, then waiting 15 minutes, then dermarolling for 5-10 minutes, then applying oil and wait before I style (note: I don't have any exfoliating or other substances yet) Sorry for the long post, hope to get some help on this matter :)
In answer to questiones 1 and 4 I would recommend looking at this scientific study on derma rolling and minoxidil. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3746236/ In the study patients only did derma rolling once a week and on that day they did not use minoxidil, they were instructed to wait 24 hours before applying it. The reason is that derma rolling boosts collagen production but minoxidil is known to reduce collogen, so it is counterproductive to apply it right after derma rolling. Instead you could use a good plant oil because they also boost collagen and promote healing. I have been using the Hairmetto line because it has pumpkin seed oil, castor oil = collagen. Also saw palmetto = reduces DHT buildup, and rosemary, cedarwood, lavendar = antibacterial. As for questions 2 and 3 I have no personal experience with minoxidil. I used to take finasteride for years but experienced side effects and wanted to get off dependence on synthetic solutions. I now rely on natural methods only.
l bought a Tesla brush ($275).. its a micro electrical stimulator .. google it and read how it works.. l do that with micro needling.. you may want to get a DHT blocker as well..
@@erth2ingrid l just started it about 7 weeks ago now and l'm seeing thicker hair.. l'm using the derma roller too.. lts still a bit to early to tell you anything startling.
Wanted to post a little update to the situation: 4 weeks into treatment (Regaine and derma-rolling) I have noticed that the itching in the scalp (especially the temples) has completely gone. My scalp feels healthy with no dandruff or any complications and I am realyl relieved that it is that way. My hairline has started to look like a mess, because only after using for about 1-2 weeks the shedding of old hair has started immediately. Before I would run through my hair with my hands and had no hair come out, now if I even run my hand through my hair, I will lose about 10 hair. Same with every application of minoxidil ghently massaging in, I will now lose 10-30 hairs on this alone. Same with going into the shower, I will now see 50-100 hairs where I back then only found like 10. It really hurts to see your full and healthy head of hair getting thinner and thinner by day and I hav been doubting the method from time to time, asking myself if I will ever see the original state of my hair (how it was before treatment), at all. But I have come to the conclusion that I will just keep a positive attitude towards it. Plus, now that I have seen my hair receeding even more, I don't quite find it so bad anymore. I think I could just live with being bald, if nothing helped and would still feel good abut myself. What Iam really arguing inside my head is: Should I apply minoxidil to the whole crown or just the areas that are thinning extremely aka my temples (more over just my left temple). Anyone with experience got some nice words of encouragement or tips? :P
Good question, that study didn’t try other sizes which would have been helpful. But recently studies have tried multiple sizes and guess what… 0.5 or 0.6 is most effective in those studies compared to longer needles
Do push ups the g force pushes blood directly into the follicle. It took me 30 years to figure this out why my brother is bald and I am like a wolf. Only difference...
kaye phillips I think you're right. But I don't think probiotics works even the ones with 25-50 billions . I think that anti fungals are important to fight candida in the gut.

What did you use to save it? And is your balding hereditary?
Impressive results for only using natural products, hope your success continues, please do more updates.

My pleasure!

Thank you for sharing this. This is a genuine and practicle demonstration.
Glad it was helpful!
I started doing this before anyone as far as I knew, said it was a
method for hair regrowth. A thought came to my mind one day, " If I
cause minor irritation to the surface of skin, as a rule of how the body
functions, the body must start repairing itself. If the body starts
repairing itself, it must send vital repair elements into the site of
repair, including a increase in blood circulation in this particular
area." I got tired of feeling like a victim of numerous BS advice, so I
started thinking for myself and not listening to the so-called experts.
Before the micro needling combs came out, I was using a sanitized sewing
needle. Micro needling definitely does work, but you have to be very
patient as you won't see progress until about 6 months. I'm 1 1/2 years
into consistent microneedling-2--3 times per week. I don't use any
shelf-hair soaps nor bar soaps on my scalp. I discovered that they were
part of the problem of clogging not only my pores on my scalp but also
all over my body. I only use Ajax 100% antibacterial dish soap to wash
my scalp and body with now. As an added measure while on days that I
have more time, I also pour rubbing alcohol onto my cleaned scalp and
then use the micro needling technique to work the solution into the
pores of the scalp to help dissolve things that clog the hair follicle.
After 1 1/2 years I reopened closed hair follicles and have had a lot of
hair growth. I'm on pace at this rate, to experience near full coverage
of my scalp again at the top part of the crown. As a rule of thumb, I
use the micro needle on every area of my scalp just to prevent extra
work later on from unexpected areas loosing hair. If you're consistent,
you will gain a good return for the time and effort that you've
invested. I recommend while anyone is waiting for their hair to grow
back while using this method, to use hair-building-fibers to cover the
bald spot. They work and you cannot tell them apart from one's own hair.
My wife had taken a few photos outside in the light in a candid way
while we were out on vacation up in the mountains. You cannot tell that
the hair building fibers are fake. They blend into my hair seamlessly
and hide the bald spot even in windy and rainy conditions.

This is for the external treatment of hair loss. It’s worth considering the internal treatment for hair loss. Such as foods high in Omega-3, and Zinc (Chelate), Shellfish, Nutritional Yeast, Cruciferous Vegetables, plus 7-8 hrs sleep per day, and regular (walks) low stress exercise. Will reduce the hormone DHT, responsible for hair loss.

Hi,
Your videos are quite educating and I wish to compliment you on this.
Very good explanations! Thank you 😊

I tell you, Today in the world, The only working thing against baldness: 3 things combined: Finasteride + Dermaroller + Minoxidil 5%. thats it. Also, laser light hats helps stimulate the hair bulb in some cases but nothing too much, but still something, that one only if you want every single percentage of possible help.
Very innovative, thanks for sharing your method and results

Hi everybody, you can check out my 2 yr results video just uploaded. And thanks for all the feedback you have given! I believe most questions have been answered in the comments below or in the video. The answer the most common question: I am using a 0.5 mm derma roller once a week.
Will your method work on hereditary frontal baldness for men?
My baldness is hereditary so I would think so.
@@scottnali .5 twice a week here

You need atleast 1.5mm man. 0.5mm doesnt even come close to reaching the hair follicle
Cool, you should video document the process.

Add inversion (hanging by your feet, knees or placing two chairs a foot apart to shoulder stand with head dangling in the center) as well as scalp massaging to your routine. I have been recently fighting my hair loss (26 years old and norwood 1-2 - only really receeding on the temples so far). I have started changes with my hair regimen as follows:
-Stopped washing my hair everyday with shampoo full of bad ingredients (sulfates etc.)
-But cold showers every day without any shampoo except on monday and thursday (sometimes friday) where I use a keto shampoo without bad ingredients
-Using minoxidil foam and gently massaging it in twice a day (though I feel like I'm still losing too much hair while doing the process. Usually I'll lose 20-30 hairs on this alone). I have only been applying it to the crown and especially the temples and one spot in the back of my head.
-Dermarolling with 0.25mm every 2-3 days and then gently massaging the scalp with a beard oil that I had still at home (it's a blend of argan oil, flower seed oil, and generally good ingredients)
What I have noticed so far is, that my scalp has immensely decreased in itching and improved in overall health condition (finally feels like there is correct blood circulation).
But unfortuantely I have also noticed drastically increased shedding just within the FIRST week of all these changes.
So I have some questions, that maybe you or someone else with experience could answer:
1) Is this regimen good or should I switch anything?
2) Is the shedding a good sign, or also a sign that I might not be handling anything well?
3) Also should I stop applying it to my whole crown to save some minoxidil and also don't ruin any hair that was "still good"?
4) When I'm doing my morning routine with minoxidil foam, when exactly should I add the dermarolling? So far I have been showering, then applying foam on slightly wet hair and scalp, then waiting 15 minutes, then dermarolling for 5-10 minutes, then applying oil and wait before I style (note: I don't have any exfoliating or other substances yet)
Sorry for the long post, hope to get some help on this matter :)
In answer to questiones 1 and 4 I would recommend looking at this scientific study on derma rolling and minoxidil. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3746236/
In the study patients only did derma rolling once a week and on that day they did not use minoxidil, they were instructed to wait 24 hours before applying it.
@@stevetilbrook3402 hey Steve. That TeslaBrush is a bit pricey. Do you feel as though the brush has helped ?
@@erth2ingrid l just started it about 7 weeks ago now and l'm seeing thicker hair.. l'm using the derma roller too.. lts still a bit to early to tell you anything startling.
Wanted to post a little update to the situation:
4 weeks into treatment (Regaine and derma-rolling) I have noticed that the itching in the scalp (especially the temples) has completely gone.
What Iam really arguing inside my head is:
Should I apply minoxidil to the whole crown or just the areas that are thinning extremely aka my temples (more over just my left temple).
Anyone with experience got some nice words of encouragement or tips? :P
Great video and personality. I wonder how much more success you'd see if you used a 1.5 mm roller like was used in the published studies.
Good question, that study didn’t try other sizes which would have been helpful. But recently studies have tried multiple sizes and guess what… 0.5 or 0.6 is most effective in those studies compared to longer needles
you should put amazon affiliate links in the description in which brand of roller you use id buy it to support ya
Do push ups the g force pushes blood directly into the follicle. It took me 30 years to figure this out why my brother is bald and I am like a wolf. Only difference...
That's amazing great results l love the tutorial keep us updated 👍🏾
Also, low good gut bacteria leads to hairloss and low zinc too.
kaye phillips I think you're right. But I don't think probiotics works even the ones with 25-50 billions . I think that anti fungals are important to fight candida in the gut.
You should try MSM powder to a morning smoothie, its supposed to lengthen the growing phase of hair.
That is the best intro I've ever seen
I've used a shower filter for years can def notice a huge difference in hair and skin highly recommended. Chlorine is huge in losing hair which is in tap water. Along with flouride and metals definitely not good for anything. Good luck thanks for sharing
Raw Man Dan which one would you recommend. I live in Vegas... HARD water
I'm really happy for your successfull progress. And also very gratefull for your tutorial Scott! 🤝
