    I love it! Thank you so much. The traditional way of making it only includes chives and zaatar( marzeh). We beat the meat and onion so there’s no air stuck in between😍

    Marzeh is not called zatar. I think in English is called "Summer Savory" , in French "Sariette"and in Spanish "Satureja"

    Kufteh tabrizi is not a traditional “Persian” dish dear...the name says it all!

      Where is Tabriz? isn't it part of Persia?

    • @pouneh111
      @pouneh111 3 года назад +1

      @@yegimesbah where is Persia? First, I don’t see a country name Persia in the map! Second, Tabrizis are ethnic Azerbaijani Turks and so is their food! Nothing to do with Persia, Persian which is the equivalent of Fars or Farsi! And “WE” are definitely not ethnically Fars or farsi speaking! You want Persian Kofteh go to Fars province or Yazd and see if they have Kofteh …not in Tabriz! You are more than welcome to try and make our cuisine but please don’t try to change the name or make it look like it’s yours!!! My very Azerbaijani turk grandmothers made Tabrizi Kofteh and so did her mother …and so on! And none of them spoke a word of Farsi!!! Or they ever called it Persian Kofteh …they called it Tebriz Koftesi ;)))

      @@pouneh111 Also, my entire fucking family is from Tabriz. Every single one of us SPEAKS Turkish but we explicitly acknowledge that we are ethnically Iranic. Tork zabaan and TORK are two very different things.
      Instead of getting your information from Baku-based telegram groups, read a fucking book.

      In Tabriz they Also est ghormeh sabzi, tahchin, gheimeh. Kofte and Tabrizi are Both persian Word. And this was developed in Iran and have nothing to do with turks or azerbaijan. If you want Azerbaijani turk food, then Im sure you can go to Turkey or Azerbaijan to find it but kofte Tabrizi has nothing to with either. 100 %persian words and food. Btw, in Tabriz they Also celebrate persian new year (hmmm wonder why) because they are Iranian maybe? Or do you think its because they are ”azerbaijani turks”? So no Tabriz is not and has never been Turkey or azerbaijan. It has since 4000 years been in Iran.
