Jonny is just a knock-out presenter. Timing, wit and can move and talk at the same time. Did you see that awesome circular pan by Mark at 10:12? Try doing this and see how you go. Here's Jonny entering the Twizy and maintaining a casual, conversational, presentation style without missing a beat… now that's professionalism
Johnny, another great presentation. I agree with LibC about a professional job. I like Johnny because he knows his stuff and his timing for humor is spot on. Always look forward to seeing Johnny. No offense Robert.
They both have their expertise... Johnny is a brilliant presenter (for cars + maybe other things, we will see in time). Robert has even better humour for me.His attitude makes everything better and he is especially good at showing technical stuff, making it entertaining, expressing human feelings we all have when seeing a brilliant product/service, no matter what kind of it is. I was sceptical about Johnny at the start, but damn he got in his element like a charm
Absolutely amazing presenting Jonny Smith! The car under the table had me in stitches. I guess it didn’t get overlooked and got talked about even though it was under the table.
Absolutely love this show, Jonny is just perfect for it and really brings a lot to the table. If there were a new episode every day it wouldn't be enough for me. Thanks a lot guys, both in front of the camera and behind it for all your hard work and time dedicated to bringing me my fully charged dose :), you all deserve medals for this show.
The Pod concepts are the most radical things here. We move from diving to being transported. I love driving but 90% of the journeys I take are just a grind.
Shame there wasn't a part 3. Great video Mark and presentation by Jonny. Thumbs up to all your efforts, I'm sure a lot of planning went into this as well as post editing. Gives a good flavour of things to come with sufficient detail without getting bogged down.
Another great episode. Please keep them coming! Love seeing all the new cars coming out. Its like having a front row seat to the top auto shows around the globe. Thanks again!
Jonny is actually seriously underrated as a presenter, I'm actually surprised he doesn't do more work with the BBC. Fifth gear is a good show but not even same playing field as Top Gear - would love to see FC go mainstream, I have no doubt there's a strong audience it's just a case of getting it in front of those eyeballs.
maybe, but even in this day and age it probably still too anti-oil for today's traditional mainstream media. i say keep it where it is and it'll grow. I hope.
Locky Lockster I'd say otherwise on the MSM part, but we also have to consider that being independent is likely one of their top considerations. That's the way to go, without corporate overlords & bondages, they're very successfully pulling it off!
stwright you know I've followed those two for quite a while and still didn't notice it was him. I've just watched it again. And it would be funnier if it were a random punter, but still amusing.
Thoroughly enjoyable and without doubt you are one of the best presenters out there, Jonny. I hopes you get to show us around some of the other motor shows.
Sign me up for the eMoke and the eRod. Very, very cool design. Great to see so many motoring companies investing in electric. Shame Ford are behind the 8Ball. Love that there are a lot of variants becoming available. Hope to see availability in The Land Down Under soon. Tried to buy a Fully Electric VW and then a Kia here and the salesmen are not interested. Dealerships just won’t return your call. Once again, stunning presenting and camera work Johnny and Mark. Fantastic editing too. Will keep hitting refresh on RUclips for the iPace ep coming up soon hopefully. Well done team.
When you mentioned that the Mission-E is in your top 3 for the show it made me really want to hear the other two. You should do a top 3 or top 5 or top 10 of the show!
I really appreciate the coverage you guys are doing on motor shows. So many cars and ideas that I would have missed if I did not follow Fully Charged because all the other outlets just gloss over them.
That car/pod that was rolling around looked so rad they need to release these models asap! And that porsche was loud ha all the Big automakers know the futures electric.
If we replaced all the single occupancy vehicles in the city with the Twizy there would be so much less congestion. I don't understand why the government isn't promoting this kind of vehicle more. It's essentially a safer and more weather-protected scooter. Renault should continue to develop it and make a version w/ full doors and heating.
Lots of praised heaped already but seriously this is some excellent car coverage - the best I've ever seen I'd say. Mad props to Johnny, Mark and all that make this possible. Looking forward to the i-Pace coverage. It actually looks very nice - more like a Japanese sporty saloon - a drift car - than an SUV. Jaguar really do make attractive cars. The eRod and eMoke look great too. The lower centre of gravity, torque, and lack of noise makes BEVs ideal for off road use really. Throw in a some fold out solar panel and you could adventure in tropical climates! Maybe chuck in a satellite link, and being able to run laptops and power directly off the vehicle like the Bolininger B1. Or yeah, just the Bolinger B1 with solar and a satellite link and you'd be sorted for Jungle adventures! Campers with a solar roof and similar setup would work well too. Going on adventures but still being able to run a laptop and phone.
Jonny as you are looking to drive a Twizy you may be interested in what Robert Murry-Smith is doing. He has developed a battery which he is putting into a Twizy to increase its range to 500miles. I'm sure he and his team would love to do a show with you and Kryten. :) ruclips.net/video/2NYtL84jHz0/видео.html
I was going to mention the same thing Graeme, They are putting a "paper battery" in a Twizzy and driving it the ol' Land's End to John O' Groats route www.indiegogo.com/projects/fwg-powered-by-paper-roadtrip#/
Ha yall beat me to it. It would be a great collaboration of my two favorite UK EV/battery channels. Robert and Jonny are a great team up, and seem to genuinely enjoy working together. Great job.
Constructive feedback: I would've liked to hear more about what Porsche is planning to do (bigger picture) with their Mission-E stuff. Rather than explaining the design (we too can see the fancy light effects, which are very fancy indeed)
I'm with you Jonny on wanting to see a Porsche 911 electric (official one). You have to wonder if Porsche are holding off so as to not upset their core/traditional customers.. hence the mission-e line. Two great vids from Geneva. Definitely some markets the manufacturers are missing... yes the SUVs and dune buggy market seemed to get a lot of focus, though a decent electric mini or MX 5 would really convert a lot of people
The original Tesla was the electric MX5 equivalent... at 5 times the price. It converted a lot of minds to the idea of real electric performance. Including a man called Elon.
Cheers all. The Zoe's been growing on me too (having not really been one for Renault's design language, historically). That i-Pace looks very low, for an SUV, maybe I should give it another chance as the height of SUV's has been a significant factor in my disgust @ them. Really don't like that Mission-E, though once those awful wheels have been replaced, maybe it'll have a chance to appeal to me. I'm with Jonny with Rinspeed, they really don't seem to give much of a shit for conformity, which I LOVE, seems to be a core part of who I am and I've been wanting to see modularity gain some traction, so it's doubly appealing :) Oh and, could Jonny BE more Millennial with 'nomnomnom' :D
the I-Pace being an SUV is just a publicity stunt caused by the current SUV-hype - to me it is an "extended use" hatchback, which makes it much more agreeable
I know it boring but the Mitsubishi is the sort of car that makes sense today, would be nice to look to see if they have improved the interior at all, its not a good car, woolly handling and ride. plasticy interior and insufficiently equipped entry and mid level models, but the drive train is on point, for daily commuters you will hardly ever have to put in fuel, company car drivers hardly any tax, I could almost live with the bad points if they raised there game just a little bit on styling and equipment.
Ian Kath well said!
He's not a blooming idiot like other "car presenters" which is refreshing.
I was going to post the same thing.
All we need is a lady presenter of similar caliber and it'll be a knockout team!
Ew no, don't want a lady presenter. Female, absolutely, but not some stuck up, snotty cow (which is my interpretation of 'lady').
Both parts 1 and 2 are the best and most interesting overviews I have ever seen of a motor show.

I was sceptical about Johnny at the start, but damn he got in his element like a charm
Best auto presenter on a You Tube channel. His non-EV stuff is top quality, too. A true car enthusiast.
Getting Jonny on board to handle the car stuff was a genius move Bobbyllew. Superb coverage.
Absolutely amazing presenting Jonny Smith!
The car under the table had me in stitches.
I guess it didn’t get overlooked and got talked about even though it was under the table.
George and Jonny are two of the most entertaining and knowledgeable youtubers for electric cars! Fantastic, very professional. Thank you
Sorry, my mistake... Robert👍🏻
It feels so satisfying on hearing Kilometre and Kilogram instead of mile and pound as in most other auto videos by other reviewers.
What I love about watching Jonny at these auto shows is that not only is he a great presenter -- he really knows car history, too.
I love Mark`s camera handling as much as Jonny’s language and attention to detail.
OMG the microlino is so adorable! Rob/Jonny please do a separate segment on it, it's cute as a button.
Don't understand why you are not at 1 million yet. Keep up the good work. Appreciate the commitment.
Superb Report - the right balance, all the spec, but none of the crap. Well done fullychargedshow and Jonny.
The production value of this show is nuts and its enjoyable to watch. Great stuff.
Yes, Jonny & Robert, bro-mance roadtrip, great idea. Thanks for the show !!...
charlie - uk Like Top Gear but for grown ups
Shame there wasn't a part 3. Great video Mark and presentation by Jonny. Thumbs up to all your efforts, I'm sure a lot of planning went into this as well as post editing. Gives a good flavour of things to come with sufficient detail without getting bogged down.
Thank you Jonny. That was a top 3 best ever Fully Charged I reckon. Keep up the hard work.
I'd love for you guys to do a video exclusively about autonomous pods. It's a powerful idea and a focused video would be highly shareable.
Fifth Gear still exists? Loved those folks, but you're right on the comparison with Top Gear, at least the old one..
maybe, but even in this day and age it probably still too anti-oil for today's traditional mainstream media. i say keep it where it is and it'll grow. I hope.
Locky Lockster I'd say otherwise on the MSM part, but we also have to consider that being independent is likely one of their top considerations. That's the way to go, without corporate overlords & bondages, they're very successfully pulling it off!
I love Jonny pointing out the giant cats arse to that other bloke.
“That other bloke” is what he shall always be known as...:)
ruclips.net/video/0P_UggNzN-0/видео.html
I do hope it WAS the cats arse he was pointing out ;)
Derek Wright
I think he was actually mentioning the "lack of....."
Roger Starkey you may be right. Still amusing. 😉
stwright you know I've followed those two for quite a while and still didn't notice it was him. I've just watched it again. And it would be funnier if it were a random punter, but still amusing.
Thoroughly enjoyable and without doubt you are one of the best presenters out there, Jonny. I hopes you get to show us around some of the other motor shows.
Thanks Jonny for an insight in the Geneva Motor Show. Off this Tuesday, to the New York Auto Show.
I want a Microlino. Or two actually, one as a spare in the glove compartment of the main one.
This is so well filmed and edited. And Jonny is great too 👍
Great video and report guys. Such a calm presentation and filming style, love it.
I love that Rinspeed skate/pod thingymibob. I kept thinking: "Thunderbird 3!" :)
Great video. Great coverage. Loving that little eRod.
Sign me up for the eMoke and the eRod. Very, very cool design. Great to see so many motoring companies investing in electric. Shame Ford are behind the 8Ball. Great work Fully Charged. This gets me EXCITED about the future and all of the amazing EVs coming to the market.
When you mentioned that the Mission-E is in your top 3 for the show it made me really want to hear the other two. You should do a top 3 or top 5 or top 10 of the show!
Thanks for the Taunton shout out.
I loved the mobile dentist's pod, typical Rinspeed craziness.
2:27 "Imagine this in Rome... or London.... or Taunton!" 😂
That sound like a road trip, taunton to Rome via London and Paris in a Twitzies.
Awesome feedback from the show
Presenter is EXCELLENT. More, please!
Just became a fan, love your work, so professional
I really appreciate the coverage you guys are doing on motor shows. So many cars and ideas that I would have missed if I did not follow Fully Charged because all the other outlets just gloss over them.
Come on Jonny it's OK to say "if you have been, thank you for watching" Love the cheaky ICE car shots, dying technology but still beautiful.
Well put together show, thank you!
That Porsche though is a thing of beauty.
That car/pod that was rolling around looked so rad they need to release these models asap! And that porsche was loud ha all the Big automakers know the futures electric.
Even better than Part 1. Love it.
erod cars are the perfect toy in the countryside !!!
Hi Jonny, next time you will come to France, it would be a pleasure to let you my Twizy for a test drive 😉
Super video. But I thought Porsche looked awful. The jag ipace was stunning
Great motor show & very well done coverage!
Top show with Johny as a presenter 😉👍👍👍
Lots of praised heaped already but seriously this is some excellent car coverage - the best I've ever seen I'd say. Mad props to Johnny, Mark and all that make this possible.

The Porsche still looks like a squashed frog. Plug ugly! Thanks for two fascinating videos, Johnny. It looks like a superb motor show.
Thanks for the video

Great show, thanks a lot, Jonny! I love your humour!
the quality is amazing. just as good as carwow
very well presented, and it's interesting to see what the cars of the future will look like :) thanks for the upload!

500 miles - nah!
Ha yall beat me to it. It would be a great collaboration of my two favorite UK EV/battery channels. Robert and Jonny are a great team up, and seem to genuinely enjoy working together. Great job.
We can only hope :)
Great Tour and part 2, Thanks a lot ;)
Love the Land Rover notebook 👌🏼
Brilliant show again Jonny.
Of all of those, the only one here seems to the Outlander. We don't even have the Leaf yet!
Really good video, fascinating stuff. The Rivian and the awesome C2 amongst others such as the Twizzy.
that was a great show on the autoshow!
I love the Microlino simple and easy to park perfect for todays congested cities.
I miss 5th gear but Jonny is excellent, classy and funny -0 glad to see he's found a good home.
Ta very much for covering the show, really enjoyed the footage, the cheesy music not so much =P
Too busy for a Twizy! Nice one Jonnie!!
Brilliant as usual.
Autonomous M-icro will be all you need.
Love the fact you mentioned #taunton #welovetau
Awesome information, we need more of these on youtube, instead of a lot of the crap!!
When Porsche lets you go up on the platform - you know you're an influencer ;)
15:10 It's *CHAdeMO* XD
Bravo!!! Nice video!!!
You should make the soundtrack more dynamic than just 1 tune playing every time you show a car without narration.
Constructive feedback:
I would've liked to hear more about what Porsche is planning to do (bigger picture) with their Mission-E stuff.
Rather than explaining the design (we too can see the fancy light effects, which are very fancy indeed)
Excellent video !
Wish I was there
I would love to see an electric original Mini, with the same dimensions but with a modern twist.
I saw a red one on the interwebs just today.
Well done. Thanks.
I'm with you Jonny on wanting to see a Porsche 911 electric (official one). You have to wonder if Porsche are holding off so as to not upset their core/traditional customers.. hence the mission-e line. Two great vids from Geneva. part 2? awesome!
When can we get a FullyCharged review of that sick Morgan 3-wheeler?
SilentS About 2.5 years ago ruclips.net/video/nNVnMfP9CoA/видео.html
Brilliant as always, Thanks for this! 👏🏻🏁
"..or Taunton" lol
Another quality episode from Team Fully Charged.
I bet they won't allow eating in the AutoNom, though 😉
I like the Microlino, It looks like there's more room in this than the 'Smart' car.
Nice show!
Give us a longer end-screan, so there's time to like, etc.
Cheers all.
The Zoe's been growing on me too (having not really been one for Renault's design language, historically).

Oh and, could Jonny BE more Millennial with 'nomnomnom' :D
I love the design, but it's built like a tin can unfortunately :(
Ended up with an i3 instead, doesn't cost a lot more than the fully specced Zoe.
Zoe is a great car, i am biased thou as that's what my YT channel is based on
the I-Pace being an SUV is just a publicity stunt caused by the current SUV-hype - to me it is an "extended use" hatchback, which makes it much more agreeable
Excellent again 👍
the rinspeed snappy pods is a copy of thunderbird 2 in the way it can load different pods for different events
Keep this camera man.
WELL, in that case. Neither am I!
11:55 - GM came out with this concept probably 20 years ago (and it was featured in Popular Science); but they didn't run with it, to their detriment.
Fascinating and exciting... brilliant show once again
Bromance roadtrip in Twizzy. Do it.
In case something happens to Robert, we know fully charged is in good hands.
Top job Jonny!
Jonny!
Rinspeed = Thunderbird 2!!!
