- Adventures in carving continue with a celtic knot design carved on Lime wood (also known as basswood). It's a simple design, fairly easy to carve, although lessons were learned (must try harder). It's a good way to get started in carving.

Carving requires patience which I’m willing to develop. You showed some really good tips on sharpening and chiseling. Thanks!
I love your honesty on how you feel about your end result! 😉
A bloody good effort!
We all learn from each piece we create and get better every time we work the wood.
Great job Sir.
Every time we try we do a better job than those who don’t.
You created a lovely piece reminiscent of an ancient carving!
Keep at it mate.
Every carve we make makes us better. 👍🍻
Thank you, sir! Yeah it's warts n all here. Thanks for commenting
Good video, good music! I love your “ tell it like it is” style! Ha!
Well done. It's a nice piece
Looks great!
Miłego dnia.
Good work sir!
Finish? Boiled Linseed Oil? Nice result with the sanding.
Nice work, I am attempting a cigar box guitar and have had to chop out some wood to get the top to fit, that's hard enough and its just a straight line bit !
It's never easy, Mikey, but that's why we do it!
☺
There's a really good video on how to carve a Celtic knot here: ruclips.net/video/3jXVIT2EMfs/видео.html
