This person who owns this place had a fantastic idea for this property. The city should have allowed him to proceed with his ideas. Thank you for sharing this. 😊

Sounds like he had awesome plans for this place. But it’s sad that the city won’t let him do it. Thank you for sharing 😊

So much could have been done with this place so clean and in great shape , many shops could have been added in place , shame the city wouldn't allow it, wonder what the reason was behind that💰 !! All that brick work with the curves , pretty fancy !! Looks like he put some work into it for the band area !! Thanks BigBankz 👍 !!

Sad the city wouldn't let him do anything! The building has so much potential and could've brought so many people to the city if it became popular. I hope they don't tear down the building. Love your videos thank you for posting them on RUclips and not just Tiktok!

Awesome explore! It would be amazing if the owner was permitted to remodel it! Also, love the verse at the beginning!!

This is awesome... back in 2002, my band made a music video in this place. We also were a part of an indy film that was shot at the creamery as well....

The explore you did today was really interesting and informative because I don’t understand why the city wouldn’t let John the owner do what he planned. To me that is just kinda a slap in the face for John when he was told that ya know? If the city won’t let him do what he wants to do for that lot then why was he able to purchase it to begin with? It was awesome to see what it could have been and how nice and clean the bottom half was! Also the elevator still working way to go👏🏻

Too bad he couldn't complete his dream. It would've been nice to get more history on the Creamery & why the City wouldn't let him finish.

Beautiful tour and a beautiful building. I find the pillars to be attractive and very old school. I would have eaten the peaches for $100.
You can tell this is not modern construction because of all the pillars used to support the floors. The pillars take up so much floor space they make large open spaces impossible. but in new construction methods, you won't see these. The new add on spaces and the "Mexican" restaurant space are modern construction and open. Even very heavy load floors don't require all these pillars using modern construction.
