I’m amazed, I can’t believe how much valuable items left behind! Other hospitals can use this stuff! The EKG machine is thousands of dollars! A waste, the hospital is useable. Or turn to apartments. Not letting rot! The convection ovens are expensive! What a find! I mean wow! I could spend all day in that place! I wish you’d show more! I mean this is amazing!
Mr. Bankz, count it as a huge blessing that you don’t know what most of that stuff is. That means that you haven’t needed it used on you. Stay healthy bruh
I know you aren't supposed to explore alone and I agree. I love your videos and the respect you show for things and people. Past and present. Sometimes, others who are with you are not quite as respectful. Trash! Crap! Not cool! You sir are awesome and thank you for the videos.
Yes, I agree. That one girl was just...sorry but annoying and loud. I wish it was just the guys who normally explore together. Im sure because of the massive scale of that place you needed more people. But cool video none the less!
The rectangular piece of equipment at 12:30 is called a tilt skillet, they are used to cook mass quantities of food for large institutions. I am a cook at a school and I use it to boil things like soup, pasta, etc, like you would in a pot on the stove but on a much larger scale, but I've heard of people cooking things like burger patties and grilled cheese sandwiches in them (those go in the convection oven in my kitchen, which look similar the ones at 12:37 in the video). It is called a tilt skillet because there should be a handle that you turn that turns it over to drain it into a floor drain (and there's usually attachments like a strainer attachment for pasta). The round thing next to it, is called a steam kettle, it is also used to boil things in. They have that part of the kitchen set up a lot like mine, actually.
The yellow stretchers are in fact ‘sleds’ to help get patients out of the hospital if it catches on fire (they supposedly slide down the stairs easily).
Not sure why you think you need to offer that advice to someone who has the tremendous amount of respect and reputation within the exploring community as Big Bankz does. You are who?
You guys are reading this wrong i thought my intent was clear but i will spell it out for you i love that he documents these places and he dont steel and he dont destroy and he dont deface the property in any way i would not love his videos if he was harming these places
I agree because there are small rural hospitals that could have used some of the equipment not to mention 3rd world clinics and hospitals. Such a shame!!
Heck, I know of child nutrition workers in rural and inner-city school districts that would kill to have the kitchen equipment they are leaving there to rot.
I expect to see more of this..excellent share...I'm going to share this. All of you viewing this. Drive by your hospitals...when they say it's busy..then. drive by your local bar..compare..lol...
Just saw this video today! I was excited that I knew what/where the place is by seeing the pic. Sad y’all didn’t cover the area with bars on the balconies! That’s how I first recognized it. I worked at the nursing home at on the other side of town.
hi on your next tour of this hospital can you get the nursery and the morgue i would love to see those ive been inside a abandoned hospital back in 2015
The building should def be repurposed before decay sets in. Crazy amounts of waste. A lot of these medical items, including the beds, must be maintained on a regular schedule. Because the maintenance was not done they are not allowed donate it. And the cost of getting these devices in working order is more than replacing it with something new.
I grew up in the town that you guys did this tour of the hospital in. I've actually went ghost hunting there in the middle of the night and got some crazy stuff. It's one of my favorite places to just go and try to get some paranormal evidence.
Mount Vernon Missouri. It's a small town of about 4,500 people. I still live here. It was in the paper about 3 months ago that they were going to use the building again for something but I can't remember what for.
I love watching your videos. Only advice I’d give is walk away from others filming and talking. We enjoy your commentary. Not all the background commentary.
Actually, as I was trying to locate where this hospital is to see more pictures and read about it’s history, I saw an article about temporary hospitals built in NYC to treat Covid. Apparently $350 million was spent on some that never saw a patient. I guess it’s better to have them and not need them but still. That’s a lot of money.
Sad just knowing people have died in this place and I'm sure it was long and drawn out deaths. TB was and still is no joke. 💔 They had guest rooms for patients family that was out of town families visiting.
Imagine if u find one of the old chuck e cheese locations but l dont think thats true since my friend said that the pizzarias were destroyed but idk if thats true or not
That Hospital so huge and bug so of the stuff is worth something. And those hospital beds are so comfortable I remember when I had leg surgery when I was 8 years old cause I twisted my leg in the wrong way. That was an amazing video. 😊.
so i got two questions for you first have you ever explore abandoned places in Oklahoma or Arkansas and second did the hospital still smell like that nasty clean hospital smell
Huge building. So glad you have people with you in that place. Old medical stuff is always creepy. So much stuff everywhere. Does the owner not want some of this? STRANGE Great job stay safe. Looks like it was shut down quick. Any paranormal stuff there? Just feels weird. 😱😰 I mean could they not clean some of it and donate. Sure someone could use. Seems very sad. BLESSINGS ❣
It actually was not shut down in a hurry; it was replaced by two new facilities in two different cities (according to a news article) and years of planning went into that. Not sure what the VA's excuse is here.
Why aren’t these places being turned into homeless shelters. Those are old external drives on the desk near the old iMac - iOmega, and LaCie. Worth something on eBay.
I'm an RN n I think that room with bed could be for Doctor on call. You should be the only one talking as your friends voices are too loud ( esp the girl) . Don't be so critical about things from that time. You are the best on your own. Be careful around things you don't know what they are.for.If you accidentally touched the wrong area on machine leave alone esp the defibrillator.
IkR!!! I was trying to hear about the chapel/gift shop but all I hear is *"it was in PRISTINE condition....PRISTINE CONDITION...like its my house"* 🙄We get it chick now please🤫🤫🤫🤫

MedSleds. The patients are strapped to the device and moved down stairwells with these.
They also make transporting and moving patients from one bed to another or maybe from a gurnee.
I love that you document these places but dont steal, destroy or deface in any way love the video 👍
Lol I normally don't comment but this time I had to. who would record them selfs stealing and put it on RUclips? Hahaha
@@805MICHEAL and who the hell cares if he take anything obviously they left it and did not want it, it would just decay and rot

Me too, he leaves it for other people to steal and destroy.
Maaan.....they could’ve either sold, or donated all of the equipment in there. Everything could’ve been repurposed at another place, or other places.
I agree because there are small rural hospitals that could have used some of the equipment not to mention 3rd world clinics and hospitals. Such a shame!!
USA is an incredibly wasteful country. In Japan they even recycle plastics and turn it into road pavement.
Heck, I know of child nutrition workers in rural and inner-city school districts that would kill to have the kitchen equipment they are leaving there to rot.
If the government will pay for new equipment why would they bother
It was such an awesome experience being at the hospital! This is some awesome footage, a great way to remember everything we saw. 😊
I'm enjoying your videos. Keep exploring abandoned places. 😊
the rooms with the cameras is called sleep Study for Sleep apnea !!!
and the light you where playing with was a x-ray camera
Or the rooms with cameras could be for video EEG monitoring.
Good evening excellent video I like it. Keep doing them and excellent
I expect to see more of this..excellent share...I'm going to share this. All of you viewing this. Drive by your hospitals...when they say it's busy..then. drive by your local bar..compare..lol...
Cool place. Btw...that was a sleep center with the big bed frames.
There's a whole underground bro. So much more to explore there
Just saw this video today! I was excited that I knew what/where the place is by seeing the pic. Sad y’all didn’t cover the area with bars on the balconies! That’s how I first recognized it. I worked at the nursing home at on the other side of town.
What a waste of some really nice furniture. Nice video guys!
The bed near the bathroom was probably part of the doctors lounge. The doc on call at night could sleep until he was needed.
I Like those cabinets those two cabinets in that other office that were nice
Just sad and wasteful! Love your videos ❤️❤️
This was a lot of fun to do with you Banks!
At 16:00 - that machine is a BiPap (respiratory equipment) and at 17:55 that is a suction regulator...
hi on your next tour of this hospital can you get the nursery and the morgue i would love to see those ive been inside a abandoned hospital back in 2015
That’s where my mom and dad met my mom was his nurse
With the pandemic going on this could come in handy now! I'm sure
Such a cool place!! There was so much to take in and look at!
Need to explore of the morgues
Love your videos 🥰
Hello from Texas. Great video. The hospital people should have had a big sale on everything 😆. R donate it.
So awesome!
Thank you!
Those were at auditory rooms you check hearing in them they are soundproof at 13:18 to 13:30

Ooooh. It was a VA hospital. Explains everything, doesn’t it?
A big shout out from Colombia ✨💜
the stainless steel tables from the kitchens alone are worth 100s each
Beautiful old building should be use for a veterans home do u mind if I ask where this is
Mt Vernon Missouri.
It was a vets home before it closed
OMG , its so creepy , i love your videos and your Chanel
So cool
Great job brother. Well done!!!!!
We are a country of waste. We waste so much. That building could be used for something. Just so wasteful so sad.
You look dope in your hoodie in front of the hospital
You look dope all the time
The rooms with bed frames in them are sleep study rooms
Just think of all the Health Centers they could have donated the hospital to in the Americas.
I love this
The building should def be repurposed before decay sets in.

How many times was DUDE said? Amazing video!! I hope the government sold everything with the purchase or perfect example of government waste.
There are some really nice pieces of furniture left there? Weird!
Radiation
They could sell a lot of left behind items and make apartments for homeless or elderly. Building still in pretty good shape
Love your vids
My homie actually works there so we go in there at Night and it's dope asf
I live here it’s in Mt Vernon Missouri
I grew up in the town that you guys did this tour of the hospital in. I've actually went ghost hunting there in the middle of the night and got some crazy stuff. It's one of my favorite places to just go and try to get some paranormal evidence.
What area or state is this?

Semi local as well!
at 19:54 it looks like a Dental camera. That part was probably a Dental clinic at one time
Where was this hospital located? I know there is an abandoned tuberculosis hospital in massachusetts near worcester
this is the one on long Island right? I used to live close to that area when I was 15!!
This is in Missouri
I love watching your videos. Only advice I’d give is walk away from others filming and talking. We enjoy your commentary. Not all the background commentary.
It’s so sad to see that a hospital go to waste and they know they could really use this hospital right now what’s going on in the world
Actually, as I was trying to locate where this hospital is to see more pictures and read about it’s history, I saw an article about temporary hospitals built in NYC to treat Covid. @@oneaburns My mom asked where this location was because she really wants to take a look into it
What Equipment do you guys use i curious I really want to get in to exploring.
Also I am a huge fan of what you guys are doing.
Those yellow things are called med sleds. In the event of a fire, a patient can be wrapped snugly in one of those and eased down stairs.
Take that old mac lol
Ah dang it, I knew a left a hospital behind somewhere. If you could return it, it would be much appreciated.
Sad just knowing people have died in this place and I'm sure it was long and drawn out deaths. TB was and still is no joke. 💔 They had guest rooms for patients family that was out of town families visiting.
Sucks that so many people vandalized the place :/ talk about a near pristine location though! Never find places like that really anymore
I would do anything to get one of those chairs for free 😅
Imagine if u find one of the old chuck e cheese locations but l dont think thats true since my friend said that the pizzarias were destroyed but idk if thats true or not
I find it disgraceful that we waste so much that can still be used.
And the water is still working???
Just that one fountain
That Hospital so huge and bug so of the stuff is worth something. And those hospital beds are so comfortable I remember when I had leg surgery when I was 8 years old cause I twisted my leg in the wrong way. That was an amazing video. 😊.
wow-
I believe the owner is selling the equipment...from what I've been told anyway.
so i got two questions for you first have you ever explore abandoned places in Oklahoma or Arkansas and second did the hospital still smell like that nasty clean hospital smell
Yes I’ve done a few videos of places in Oklahoma. And not really i think I was too cold to really smell anything
@@BigBankz awesome do you remember ones that you done oklahoma places on or no??
@@BigBankz come to Arkansas! Surely there are some good abandoned places here too!

What You think is esisted living, could be for Family who have another Family Member in the Hospital as a patient and could stay overnight.

Where is this
Do you have part two
Part 2 coming Friday
dont be shy go to the morgue
I want to steal those computer hard drives and see wat is stil on them like old Records and stuf
It's possible to do, but you'd have to be an experienced hacker to do it.
Had to shit it down after the 4,877,289th “dude”
They could fix that place up and let people live there.
Makes me mad seeing all this stuff go to waste.
