Branson Missouri! There actually used to be a few more, the weren't just wood frames and plywood, but those were torn down recently. You can see the foundations in one of your first few shots. Thanks for the video! I've driven by them a million times, and adjusts washed to see inside.
Looks like the project is basically being restarted by another investment group. my.rcm1.com/handler/brochure.aspx?pv=Z-I9J549zUFsSziezRAUlGPURn8RrGmPTDpGsH0paTs
I’m so glad that you posted part of this video and TikTok otherwise I would’ve never found these glorious mansions they are absolutely beautiful and I really wish they would’ve been able to be lived in
I see a business opportunity for Halloween goers. Rename the street to “Elm”, add all scary lighting and props... a lot of $$$ can be made there during the month of October.
This place is in my home town also. The house were abandoned because the guy was dumping waste in our lake. So the city sued him. So kind of money but the guys was not doing good things.
i don't blame you for being scared you're doing right and being cautious buildings like that you never know what you're going to walk up on especially if they have been sitting for long periods of time and no one is doing NOTHING with them. beautiful buildings and they are just letting them sit and rot smdh
I believe that the ugly brickwork is supposed to be “Tuscan Style”, like the inside exposed Trompe-l’oeil brick walls that were all the rage in that same time period those houses were built. I’ve always thought the outside treatment just makes the houses look unfinished.
The look they were going for was done backwards. It is supposed to be the cement falling away from the stone, as if the building was built by stone, thus the stone showing thru. What they did here was cement it first with a smooth coat and then place those ugly ass stones randomly on the structure to make it look like they had fallen off. They are freaking ugly, and placed in stupid locations where the land behind them is on a steep slope upwards, or a steep slope downwards, thus making the homeowners property useless. The fact that no infrastructure always made me suspicious of this because while the houses were almost complete, you know there was no running water in them, or any electricity. The toilets were most likely working either. Infrastructure is suppose to be laid out first. Roads, gas electric lines and telephone and water, none of it was there. Roads? there were not even streets laid out. Something was so very wrong with this project.
We went 2 weeks ago.. And had 3 police cars and the real estate agent waiting for us at the gate when se went up to our car. Said they had over 200 trespassers in the past 2 weeks because of a viral video.

Hunter Green the developers we’re trying to steal 1.6 billion dollars to build this giant resort but the recession hit and they were caught and now they are in prison. The workers who actually built these were never paid
“If you could buy one “ first: probably no power ran to them. Second probably no water or sewage Third good luck trying to get decent Internet when you’re the only house on the block. Lastly would you feel safe knowing if your house got robbed there’s no other houses around. All that plus like you said no roads or driveways. They could give you one of those houses and it wouldn’t be worth it.
Did you ever find out who those people were looking? Or of there was someone in that first one, also hopefully you conceal carry on some of these places haha
The layouts of the houses make them look so so small on the inside.
They are duplexes
Multiple units
The people on the road are taking pictures of you thinking you’re a ghost and now you’re on their social media as a “ghost” lol
Lol I’ll be a ghost
Lmao i thought the same thing 🤣

Imagine the amount of copper you can get out of those houses and scrap it
So from the video it looks like they used pex (plastic plumbing). In some states you are allowed to not use copper
Very much doubt these houses are much more than walls
Same tiktok brought me😬😬
Ayeee!
I remember seeing construction crews going along as a kid
Those are 6,000 sqft duplexes.
Idk if that is 3,000 on each side or 6,000 on each side.
Those duplexes seemed really small!
Mrs. BigBankz, a hurt knee is no excuse!!
I enjoy the video but I was wondering 😔 what actually happened. We all know there was some fraud going on but I definitely would love some details.

A back story would have been great. Had to search elsewhere to find the story.

McMansions that didn't get built. Score 1 for civilization.
Why
This is a resort that lost funding also there was runoff into a nearby lake. Please do more research.
Or we can wait for you to post the info for everybody!
Is this in Branson Mo?
Yes at Indian ridge
I thought they looked familiar.

Squatters have rights in most states! :)
Horrible layouts
I drive by those all the time
Poor layout. Label a pile of crap a mansion....smh!SMH! Could've designed better houses but it really doesn't matter now.
