La Monferrina NINA Pasta Sheeter

Th NINA line of table top pasta machines available in either the NINA 250 which produces a 250mm (9.8") wide sheet of pasta or NINA 170 which produces a 170mm (6.7") wide sheet of pasta can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and sheets for stuffed products like ravioli.
Pasta sheets can be cut with the built-in 2mm Tagliolini or 6mm Fettuccine cutters.
The NINA pasta sheeter can also make automatic ravioli with the optional Ravioli Attachment or extruded pasta shapes with the optional Extruder Attachment.

Bought this machine last year. Not sure if my machine is faulty or what, but the notches after the first 6 are unusable. It’s paper thin if not thinner. So for tagliatelle I’m pigeon holed, either have to use notch 5 which is thick like fettuccine or notch 6 which is very thin. Not really a many options for ideal thickness which is unfortunate for a $6k machine when an imperia despite being smaller, has many more thickness options for a fourth or the price

The noise is fine. Conversely, the price listed on your website is $6,300. However, 240mm wide machines sell on aliexpress for ~$50-$100 with a few hundred for shipping. If I can get the larger machine for $300 delivered to my door, what is the value in the extra 6 grand your asking for?

J ai acheté une machine à pâtes de cette marque ayant économiser pendant une année ; j ai pu l utiliser deux fois sans problème. La troisième fois une vis est partie dans le pétrin causant des dommages à la machine la rendant inutilisable. Le fournisseur ainsi que le fabricant ne prennent aucune responsabilité et me laisse seule responsable. Ils ne veulent pas la reprendre ni la réparer . Je continue d acheter des pâtes Barilla avec une machine à pâtes cassee après deux utilisations! J avais beaucoup regardé les vidéos RUclips aussi de la concurrence. Vos publications sont devenues moins glamour depuis!
