We are facing problme with Mission OL boiler after black out. We are getting alarm "S!B! extended IO link error". And boiler found not starting in Auto. Boiler running satisfactory in Emergency mode. Please advise.

sir pano naman po kung yung monitor offline galing sa block out pano i reset ? kasi manual kami sa boiler and after block out hindi na namin ma operate sa manual at ang lumalabas sa monitor OFFLINE
Sir, na Experience ko na din yang power panel offline/ local panel offline alarm.. mag pokus ka mag check sa main unisab unit na nasa loob ng panel board.. check mo ung mga settings base sa menu tree settings ng boiler..
Sir louie.. We have a big problem. On board.. That is boiler's dp sensor shows the water level on it's screen and the system doesn't.. So, feed water pump won't start or stop automatically, the system shows water level as zero.. That happend after a balckout. The biggest problem. We have to do a watch to fill the boiler manually.. 😢 Now we are so tired of doing this.. Can i have a solution sir.. Please..
Hello,, the posible solution to that problem is in the UNISAB CONTROLLER. after blackout,sometimes you need to input again the setting for water calibration.. if you have a copy of boiler menu tree,you can reconfigure what was the original setpoint for water DP range.. please send me a message to my FB and I will try to assist you.. thank you
Sir,in HMI main control panel. In water level menu. What are the setpoints for your normal limit and standby limit? the normal limit (-20) is the in-service feedpump autostart. And the standby limit (-70) is the standby feedpump auto start.. you can check this first sir.
Please also check the left Unisab controller inside boiler main control panel. Click menu SET-Up. Then click CALIBRATE. Then click WATER LEVEL. Check what are the setting for RANGE HIGH AND RANGE LOW. take a photo or record it for reference. The range high and low are the reference for your water level indication.. here in my current vessel, the boiler water range high is 312 and the range low is -495. I also encountered this kind or trouble in water level. Maybe you need to recalibrate again this value. By actual or by trial and error.. but our settings are difference.the value here is for your reference only .

Sir, also try this. Inside the main cabinet, left unisab controller. Go to SET UP, then CONFIG, then ANALOG INPUT. then WATER LEVEL. The setting should be YES to have water level signal for water monitoring.
