How to make box transparent?
Select the box and hit Alt+x (or right click on it, select object properties and then check "see through" checkbox)

how can i edit the size of an object ?
You can use the scale tool (shortcut R) or you can edit the size of a plane or box from its properties. Also you should reset xform after scaling an object with scale tool.
when i drag the picture to 3ds max, my plane just turn gray and wont show me the picture
Hello, Go to Standard -> Materials -> Shaded materials with maps (Top left corner of viewport). It should fix the problem.
or use uvw map
