Thanks for doing this, its important to show people who don't know how difficult and time consuming renders are, its not just photo shopping some parts on a picture, you actually build the car like a model, once again awesome work

It my not be my place to say this, but if you cannot see the tutorial in this video then you need to practice with Edit Poly more and watch it again.
This tutorial is the complete workflow in the best manner possible, NOT BORING !!! (sorry I do not mean to shout, just to point out).
I slowed it down by 4 times and its a tutorial enough. really good work, thanks for uploading

How to achieve that "mid poly" I found it very hard to manage all these polys & vertices I get confused extremely fast any suggestions?

I think it was recorded on 2nd monitor, so you modeled on another one with blueprint and photo reference

yes you have to capture the screen with the software, likes nvidia shadowplay (if you use nvidia graphics card) camtastudio, bandicam , etc
