I've had to recently let go of my little sister, her trauma and negativity never seemed to improve no matter how much I gave her, and she refused to get help to better herself. So finally I had to cut her loose to better my mental health. I feel so much better, and while there's a part of me that is always hoping she's doing okay, I'm positive I made the right choice thanks to you!
I'm really bad about disciplining myself to do certain things that I know will only help me. I started working out again today and made a promise to myself to do it to be healthy. Hard, but needed.
Every video where you mention a mentor or being around the people that you want to aspire to be like is so gut wrenching to me… it’s just me and my son lol literally not a soul I can look at and be inspired by. I also have no one that encourages me so it’s ALL ME. I have to get All inspiration online from people like you … it’s really tough when your only inspiration is online and not in life . I’m still pushing on though ❤being my own cheerleader praying and trying to be mentored by strangers 😂🤷🏽♀️

I'm trying to shake smoking and my anxiety. I want to start loving myself fully. Letting go of my past fully and moving forward with my life and marriage. When I stress I tend to not eat . I need to learn how to stress manage.
Great practical advice. The piece about multi-tasking stood out for me and is the take away I will focus on. I sometimes overwhelm myself with too many tasks/projects which leaves me irritated and the projects/tasks undone or not completed to the best of my ability.
Dr Nina, you share very practical tips especially when it pertains to life improvement. Thanks for bringing up the issue of multitasking, surrounding oneself with positive people and spirits and emotional abuse. Emotional abuse by other women is a very tricky situation to navigate but I realized that once I had a clarified view of my identity and individuality, I ended all the shenanigans really quick without warning! 😅
I love my family but I can’t wait to move. I always feel drained and like people always need me to do something. When I say I’m tired people don’t under because I run to RUclips for “me time”. They think I’m “doing nothing” but either way I know how I feel. And I feel drained. My weight had been up and down. My goal this #2023! My own place!

Good afternoon I can relate but I had to cut out or cut back my food and drink intake and get more mobile and drink drink water. I cut out the sugar in my tea and coffee and I drink diet soda and I take a slice of the bread when I do eat out. The little things add up. ❤❤❤

Dr Nina I would like to ask you an question. I have an issue with my underarm pits, I have detox my underarm, I have utilized Arm & Hammer, baking soda, Degree, Native,Dr. Teals, Secret, Mitchum to wiping my armpits with Apple Cider Vinegar, taking 2 to 3 baths a day and switching to Antiperspirant aerosol, and I even went as far as masking the smell with Tea Tree essential oil to my armpits, after I had taking a fresh shower, and it was Hella to pay. When I tell you my armpit was “Lit” literally 😂 Lit” I have ran out of solutions. I have went to my physician and he seem to me nonchalant like he doesn’t care. or doesn’t want-to really address this but I know because these thing is still making me feel uncomfortable. I still believe in my head that I can be dress very nice but my armpits begin to perspire and I don’t even have to do much and you can see sweat under my armpits on my white clean shirt like someone poured a bucket of water on me and I might have just walked around my house for 2 seconds. Literally sometimes I don’t won’t too go to church but I go anyway or do any outings with friends, or be around family members. Furthermore, I am going through Menopausal on top of all that. I am 51, and I have taken it to our Lord to please take this away. I can’t begin to tell you how many blouses, and nice clothes that I have burned, just joking, I haven’t burned any clothes😂 or literally thrown away because that funk was embedded under the arm pits of certain blouses, and other miscellaneous. I even stop eating certain foods, and that didn’t help. I am a clean person but this is ruining my life, I have cried, and prayed, cried and prayed nothing has subsided. Please Help !
