    Omg.. I have so needed this.. I was married 15 years and have been divorced 2.5.. I'm still trying to get myself organized.. mentally I'm fitting knowing that my time will not be like it used to..I so needed this.. great motivation to make sure I'm giving myself the best start. I have been more into myself over this time as well.. therapy.. doctors and so forth.. thank you much.

      @@IamPrettyInPink I don't know you but I'm here for you.. I immediately went to counseling.. I didn't need to tell people a story I needed to figure out how I let myself get here. It's a challenge. I hope you have people around to really support you. Long years don't equate happiness. Find and do what brings you peace of mind.. safety and security. Hugs your way.

      Same here…. But married 24 years and separated 2 months…. I have been so miserable and sad for so long… I love Dr. Nina’s videos as the reminder I am still a badass but needs to take time to heal and be happy, healthy and healed..

    I have to learn to stop telling people my weightloss business and plans. Especially before I do it. Even if its my family. Also stop trying to give then any advice Especially if my journey is inconsistent. Just focus on my walk. My journey.

    I cannot tell you how helpful your videos have been for me the past several weeks. I was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic and it motivated me to make some changes. I’m doing IF (12:8), limiting meals to 30 carbs and working out for at least 60 minutes 3x per week. In the past 12 days, I’ve lost 10# and I feel great. I’m eating Whole Foods, meal planning and doing well mentally. Th Al you so much for the motivation! God bless!

    I agree so much about getting enough sleep 💤 and the meal prep is annoying but I swear it saves me so much time during the week so I chalk it up and do it while watching RUclips videos *like this one* love the emotional wellness because we forget about that. Thanks for the video sis 😊

    Hey girl is needed this as I'm feeling tired and so unmotivated. I try to stick to my health journey,also vegan and do intermittent. I too have to be up at the crack of dawn. I blame myself because I do get in bed late. Usually around 10pm and have to be up at 4am. I work out for about 20-25 minutes a day but lawd a sista is tired. As you said I'm going to reset. Have an earlier bedtime for starters. Starting today. Must've been God for me to see this video. I will try meal prepping as well. So thank you for these videos. You don't know how much these videos are truly a blessing sis @Nina. Thank you...

    Yeeesss...SLEEP!!! I have been working midnights for over 20 years to accommodate my kids and their school schedule and I have not made sleep a priority! But my babies are now 24 and 17... one with a master's degree the other about to graduate high school so sleep is now momma's #Priority

    Thank you so much for your content ,you hit every subject 🙏🏾 I needed this as well and will definitely share I began a juice detox today for 3 days pray for me I was already tempted but I fought it . If i can get the meal prep together I might be okay. My schedule is all over the place 😒 but I get my workouts in and like you said I go for walks at work stand up at my desk and do thi gs myslef and some of my co workers I can't wait to see results but more so for my health.
