I cannot tell you how helpful your videos have been for me the past several weeks. I was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic and it motivated me to make some changes. I’m doing IF (12:8), limiting meals to 30 carbs and working out for at least 60 minutes 3x per week. In the past 12 days, I’ve lost 10# and I feel great. I’m eating Whole Foods, meal planning and doing well mentally. Th Al you so much for the motivation! God bless!
I agree so much about getting enough sleep 💤 and the meal prep is annoying but I swear it saves me so much time during the week so I chalk it up and do it while watching RUclips videos *like this one* love the emotional wellness because we forget about that. Thanks for the video sis 😊
Hey girl is needed this as I'm feeling tired and so unmotivated. I try to stick to my health journey,also vegan and do intermittent. I too have to be up at the crack of dawn. I blame myself because I do get in bed late. Usually around 10pm and have to be up at 4am. I work out for about 20-25 minutes a day but lawd a sista is tired. As you said I'm going to reset. Have an earlier bedtime for starters. Starting today. Must've been God for me to see this video. I will try meal prepping as well. So thank you for these videos. Yeeesss...SLEEP!!! I have been working midnights for over 20 years to accommodate my kids and their school schedule and I have not made sleep a priority! But my babies are now 24 and 17... one with a master's degree the other about to graduate high school so sleep is now momma's #Priority
