No one has ever taken more punches than Baldur in the whole GoW saga LMAO
Zeus?
@@akoranya769 so many? I don't remember well it's been many many years.
Ilmanu That invulnerability spell really carried him.
400+ strikes in total
@@Yamah96 Technically he's right because you literally can keep pressing the circle button to punch Zeus forever until you no longer feel like it.
My boy falling a hundred feet every 2 seconds like it's nothing
And there's me stubbing my toes on tables and crying for Zeus...
Kratos is Too Kratosy to feel anything
Kratos has fallen from mount olimpus and survived twice "which is literally taller above clouds", and came back up from tartarus😮👍🏻
If only the avengers had Kratos to fight against Thanos.
Kratos would've gone for the head!
Bruh one good punch I swear thanos be cryin like a pussy
Dmeads 56 the movie would have been boring cuz Kratos would’ve destroyed him
Dmeads 56 if they did I would give Thanos 30 seconds to live
Dmeads 56 He would’ve stole the infinity gauntlet and then beat thanos to death with it
When you realize that Kratos is barely trying... imagine the absolute scale of devastation that Kratos would unleash if Atreus was harmed.
To be honest, the scale of what would happen would be both a sight to behold, and deeply fear. We are talking about mountains getting split, gods having to hide from his insurmountable rage, enemies being shaken to their core by pure strength alone, and not to mention, the sheer *POWER* behind every punch would shake the world.
Soul of Tinder dj khaled would be proud.... I like dat
Im honestly hoping atreus gets killed in the next game. I wanna see the monster theory come true and kratos repeating the cycle. Never ending vengeance. He's destined to destroy. Also with atreus death its might activate some latent powers with his godhood from his old age. And wage war against thor and odin.
They should also explore why him being the literal god of war is why its gonna be hard for the aesir and he always come back and they realize you cant truly kill kratos. And explore more of kratos's dormant magical abilities from his godhood
@@Cosmic_Deity I dont want that. If atreus dies as a kid, jormangandr disappears and wont exist
Kratos: Shouts at Baldur to leave his home, immediately smashes him into his home.
This dude Kratos destroyed a whole mountain side just pressing hands with Baldur
Abdul Bah it's kratos so it's not very impressive you know..
I feel like we’ve seen him do some other shit that makes your head turn even more
Abdul Bah like something out of an anime.
@Excelsior Atlas is stronger than Cronos... and Kratos withstanded both of them
I like the hulk more and I think he’s stronger but I still like kratos
Cory Barlog confirmed that the bridge of nine realms that Kratos pushed weighs 1,744,000 tons or 1,609,345,729 kgs and that's an incredible feat of strenght.
JCM 27 yes it is. Cory even said that he can lift up the world like atlas
It also amazes me that he did it with relative ease
It isn't . Kratos can lift up the entire universe , actually even more ..a infinity
Thor in the Marvel Comics can do 10 tons
Atlas is strong enough to hold the Earth's crust. The crust represents 0.5-0.4% of Earth's mass, which is 6×10^21 tons. This means Kratos' strength should be around 30-24 quintillion tons, that's around 1/3 the mass of the moon. Not to mention GOW world contains a Mount Olympus way bigger than the one in real life.

Younger Kratos woulda just obliterated Freya for threatening him and his son.

That is the most epic scene in the whole frenchise, i really can't think of a more epic one
I think Kratos tanking a bite from the troll trying to eat his BOI’s head was another good one. Same of pushing the bridge.
Multiply this feat's degree with infinite and you will get the actual level.
But kratos is holding back.
That looked like Conquerors haki
25:32 Kratos thought Baldur was Zeus. Sheesh.
If he rages he doesn't give a shit who u are
He did same with hercules
you could tell kratos was holding back a little less at that point
This definitely shows that if Kratos wanted to kill Baldur, he would have done it here, like with Hercules back in God of War 3. He still wanted to let Baldur live at this point in a fight because of Freya
Kratos could heal himself and never used it in the whole game

@@tya446 the point he was making is about the big epic fights
Anyone noticed how most of the doors are usually quite heavy and Kratos has to put a bit of effort in to open them?
But when Atreus is in danger, and Kratos goes into dad mode and he pops them open like it’s nothing?!
I love that little detail! Even Gods get an adrenaline rush!
I thought the same thing
More like with Superman. He keeps his powers contained so coraterall damage is minimal. When his son is in danger ke throws away that ideology (he is still Kratos and God of War) and simply brings out a bigger gun.
Nah, it because he's a dad and wants to do a cool pose of using both hands to open door for Atreus to see. (ノ`Д)ノ
It’s kind of funny
5:27 that is by far the mightiest swing of an axe that I have ever seen in a video game series.

Joseph Gutierrez Each to their own, but I personally couldn’t think of anything worse than playing as Atreus.
Calum McAuley I only don’t mind as playing as Atreus as long as they make magic based like a sorcerer, because he isn’t as strong as kratos but he could be more powerful. Kinda like how Thor is stronger than Odin but Odins more powerful

Ragnirok is coming
Apparently he was holding back the entire game, you can tell hes not tryna go out of his way to kill every god like before.
only because of baldurs invincibility and kratos holding back
I mean Baldur without invulnerability is still pretty strong and he still has an insane regeneration rate.
I still believe the voice acting of Freya deserves more attention. You hardly see this much amount of emotion being put on some game. Along with the way she ran towards Baldour after realizing he was dead, this is top.
Yeah the way she sounded and look the way she did when she cursed Kratos was legit scary
@@realamericannegro977 I think the reason people take that threat so lightly, is because we've heard worse from other people. Shes saying things kratos has been through and heard too many times

@@thepack9070 Yeah. Cronos is a beast. I completely forget why Cronos wanted to kill Kratos tho. It's been a while after completing the game.
@@tndm07 The reason Chronos wanted to kill Kratos is because Chronos thought that Kratos had killed Gaia.
I've always been really impressed by the fight choreography in this game but 16:12 is just a work of art.
From baiting the punch and ducking under for the entry, to transitioning into a judo throw and (with amazing attention to detail) following it up by Kratos keeping his pressure on Baldur as he transitions to side control, and then finally into full mount to start his ground and pound.
The whole sequence is both beautifully done, nearly technically perfect in terms of the moves performed, and really grounded in reality. You can even see points where Baldur tries to counter or escape and Kratos adjusts to counter back. It's honestly perfect BJJ and I'm convinced they just mocapped 2 guys sparring given how realistic it is.
Such is the beauty of God of War, where you can analyse the fighting styles of ancient Gods fighting on top of a dragon, and have it be entirely grounded in reality.

@Faruq Abiyyi We should also take into consideration that he's holding back the entire game so he can teach his son how to be better
This just in!!!
A bald white man with a face tattoo and his adolescent son, beats the absolute piss out of a mentally traumatized person with congenital disorder.
He destroyed hundreds of miles of land by simply locking hands with baldur.
He moved a damm bridge that weighs millions of tons like nothing and unlike bully Maguire he didn't hurt is back.
He flipped a godamm temple.
He survived falling from the top of the world tree like it was nothing.
He overpowered a godamm dragon. He held his jaw with one arm like nothing.
He broke through a hummer that socks with the same force of lightning as mjulnir.
He ripped the wings off of valkeries like they're made of cotton.
He pushed a damm massive status of thors hammer.
He overpowered Thor's sons with ease.
He overpowered baldur who is insanely strong while clearly holding back to not hurt everyone around him.
And he snapped necks like they were made of glass.
And much more
you got a bit wrong, the gigantic hammer that he pushed wasn’t a statue nor it was of Mjolnir, it was the hammer of Thamur the gigantic stone mason, you know, the dude whom we got the magic chisel? The one the Freya controlled in the final battle?

If you watch closely at 5:16 you can see that the moment the ogre begins to turn his head to Atreus, Kratos instantly goes from his fighting stance to full blown sprint towards Atreus to shield him. Which he does with his arm. The crazy part is just how FAST he does this. I had to do a double take just to make sure cause it's crazy how quickly he processed that and reacted.
