What are your horse feeding routines?
In winter I feed three times a day, hay and oats, when there is enough pasture, like right now, the horses almost despise the hay, so they get oats twice a day and just a wisp of hay. When not working, they are free to go where they want, they have access to water any time.

Number of years Married really doesn't matter....They are still in Love, working together, have three WONDERFUL kids....Beautiful Grand children.. and are working at what they Love to do. and living in a house, on land that is their own.. LIFE at it's best!

I loved your parents Wedding pictures! It's great to see them going off in a horse drawn carriage.
What does Trudy do for a living? She reminds me of one of those beautiful elementary school teachers who all the little boys are a little bit in love with and all the little girls want to grow up to be beautiful and lady like, like her. The way she talks with her hands and facial expressions reminds me of a teacher we had just like that in elementary school.
..also how do your girls not know how long their parents have been married for? Do they not know how many years after the wedding they were born? Given the beards and the shirts etc. the men were wearing in the pictures I am going to guess early to mid 80s as I have pictures of my Dad and mom and their friends from back then and they were roughly that age in the early to mid 80s and the styles looked the same.
Well this was a fun thing to watch while I was having my lunch, now time to feed my own horses and cows and get back to digging post holes for my never ending fence chores. Thank you for the interesting video. Always fun to see how other people keep their stock.
She is a 3rd grade teacher, you got that right! We were married in 1986, got that right as well! Hope you enjoyed the day with your horses

I'm using voice to text to leave some important instructions ROFL 🤣 Gotta love it! I have a phone with a horrible keyboard - have to press one key at a time, no way to change it to the "glide" style. So I use voice to text a lot. But that gets pretty horrific, too! So then I switch back to typing one character at a time, switching to the number screen, and special characters...all that jazz. It was honestly faster to use the old style with the physical keys where you had to press the keys however many times to get the letter, number, or character you needed 🤣
I love that you all are a Family of Faith. God is good all the time. Thank you for the vids. I also love the Farm life.

Just watched in our neighborhood somebody trying to get a new horse used to a carridge the man uses to take tourists around ;but the horse did not surrender at all.
